I had a great stay at Romeo & Juliet in Đà Lạt. The location is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature with amazing views, but it's still easy to get into the city by scooter. The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything I needed, which made me feel very welcome. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax away from the busy city, I would definitely recommend staying here. I'd happily come back again!

I visited Haven on a cloudy, foggy, and rainy day, but Haven gave me a truly healing vacation. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, especially Trang, who inspired me about Da Lat and Haven with her love for this highland region, and Tuan, who remembered each guest's name and paid meticulous attention to every detail. Haven is quiet, romantic, and the nature and scenery are so beautiful that I didn't want to go anywhere else. From my room, I could see Tuyen Lam Lake; opening the door brought gentle sunshine, breeze, the rustling of pine trees, and birdsong. Next to Haven is the road to the summit of Pinhatt, a fairly easy route, about an hour up and 45 minutes down, with clouds swirling around. However, the wind was strong and it rained on the day I went, so I couldn't see the beautiful view as well as on clear days. The lake view was most beautiful when the wind blew, creating shimmering streaks of sunlight on the water and plants. It's a pity I couldn't add a video to show just how beautiful the nature was.

Mơ Stay is the perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace and quiet and a connection with nature. Although it's about a 30-40 minute drive from Da Lat city center, this minor inconvenience is more than compensated for by its stunning location amidst lush green pine hills. The air is fresh, and the atmosphere truly embodies relaxation. What impressed me most was the staff's friendliness and enthusiasm. From the front desk and housekeeping to the electric car driver, everyone was charming, welcoming, and always ready to assist guests. Their genuine care made me feel right at home. The rooms are clean, and the environment is peaceful. Waking up in the middle of a pine forest in the morning is incredibly refreshing. If being close to the city center isn't your top priority and you're looking for a relaxing getaway to enjoy nature, Mơ Stay is definitely worth experiencing. The only minor downside is that the resort currently doesn't offer laundry service, which might be a bit inconvenient for guests staying for several days. However, given the quality of the accommodation and the dedication of the staff, it's still a place I'd happily return to.

Was amused by the views from our room, what the farm can provide and lakes. We managed to took a walk before we checked out. The resort provides shuttle service to night market, however the drop off will be better if it’s nearer to the market

I love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal). Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte. It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc) Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))

Beautiful resort with a stunning lake view and very peaceful surroundings. Perfect for couples who want to relax and unwind. The room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. Loved the quiet atmosphere and nature vibes. A great place to slow down and enjoy quality time together. ❤️

Very beautiful resort, like a fairy tale. If you want to contact the hotel to pick up in the city, it is recommended to email the hotel to the Ctrip order number. I wrote several emails to the hotel. At first they said that they could be picked up, and the next day they said yes (only customers can come to pick us up from the resort), and suggested that we call. I said Ctrip's order number later, and the hotel sent someone to pick it up. So I don’t know if it’s because of this. The hotel’s entertainment facilities are a bit short, but the breakfast is very rich. .

We stayed for 2 nights. It's clear the hotel was once very luxurious when it was built, but unfortunately, it's rapidly falling into disrepair and its condition isn't being maintained. We had a suite with a lake view. The room was large and nice, with a big wardrobe and even an electric fireplace. However, due to humidity, the furniture was swollen, the room was damp, and the toilet smelled of sewage. The cleaning quality was poor. Breakfast was average, there wasn't even a coffee machine. We paid extra for a boat ride, which we enjoyed – it was meditative and atmospheric. We also visited the hotel's mini-zoo. We felt really sorry for the animals – skinny camels, goats crammed in large numbers into a small enclosure, and ostriches with plucked wings. One of the ostriches was carrying a girl on its back; it clearly didn't like it and was very agitated, eventually throwing her off backward at speed, right into a fence. The animals' condition was very sad. The grounds are pleasant, with lots of greenery. There's construction on the opposite bank, apparently a new hotel, with many cabins under scaffolding. This, unfortunately, spoils the whole view. The attitude towards guests was excellent. Twice, a staff member came to help me, once to catch a grasshopper and another time a huge spider in the room. They respond to every request and try their best to help with everything. Overall, we liked everything, except for the dirt, dampness, and an endless number of insects in the room.
