登山者用のホテルというイメージがあり、期待していなかったのですが、良い意味で裏切られました！ 館内は改装されていて、共用部分、各部屋含めとても綺麗で快適でした。もちろん清掃も隅々まで行き届いています。 バス、トイレ別で、どちらも綺麗に改装されており、ピカピカに磨かれていました。 子供への対応も素晴らしかったです。どのスタッフさんも子供に優しく接してくださいました。 感動したのは夕食です。トリップアドバイザーのトップページに載っている写真から、あまり期待していなかったのですが、きちんと御品書までついている懐石料理でした。一品一品とても丁寧に作られていて、どれもとても美味しかったです。 子供用の料理もきちんと手作りされていておいしく、子供も喜んで食べていました。オレンジで作ったかわいい細工もしてありました。 朝食は出来合いの物が多く、普通でしたが…。それでも料金を考えれば十分すぎるほどです。 今回は10大特典プランで申し込んだのですが、カップラーメンがついてきたり、翌日のお弁当とお水までついてきたり、館内で使えるクーポンがついてきたり、このお値段で申し訳なくなるほどサービス満点でした。 お風呂は温泉ではないものの、大山の自然に濾過された天然水とのことで、肌が柔らかくなったように思います。 翌日、大山登山に行く家族を待つ為にレイトチェックアウトをお願いしたところ、荷物を置いておく部屋があるので、そちらを使っていただいたらいいですよ、と案内していただきました。そのお部屋も広くて綺麗なお部屋で、とても快適に待つことができました。 大山寺への参道も綺麗なお店や宿泊施設がたくさんできており、とても楽しい所だったので、また是非大山に来たいです。コスパ、満足度が最高すぎるホテルです。 そして大山に来た際には、こちらのホテルを利用させていただきたいです。 楽しい思い出をありがとうございました。

小さい子供を連れての宿泊になりましたが、子供にも優しくしてくださり、食事の時も、飲み物の配慮から、漬物に手を出していないのをみて、良かったらと海苔を出してくださるなどスタッフの方々にはよくしていただきました。子連れでも安心して泊まれるいいホテルだと思います。
