這座小城裡這個酒店環境驚喜！房間很大WIFI非常順暢，早餐種類足夠，前台服務態度非常非常非常不錯 ，離市區很近，嫩江灣濕地公園也近，打車也非常方便快捷，下次來的話，還是會選擇這個酒店，服務非常棒，早上走的早，免費給了早餐，還會提前開早餐哈！就非常棒！

來嫩江灣玩兒，和朋友在網上對比了很多家，最後決定來這…事實證明果然沒有讓我們失望
一進大堂，香噴噴的，前台小姐姐給我們每人倒了一杯茶，好喝！辦理入住也很快，和朋友拍了好幾張照片，嘿嘿，下電梯後客房阿姨看見我們主動問好，房間設施很棒，乾濕分離，床墊和枕頭超級舒服，朋友説都不想出去玩啦！網絡也不錯，我們詢問前台有什麼好吃的，前台很熱心的推薦了很多好吃的，第一次住花色就有這種體驗！真的不錯啊！另外，酒店還贈送了早餐，早餐也很好吃，還有現包的餛飩和冷麪以及炸醬麪！！嘎嘎好吃，一整個愛住了！退房還問我們入住體驗，還給我們每人一瓶水！每位員工的態度都很棒！五星推薦！一定要來這家試一試！

設施：有洗衣房可以洗衣和烘乾還是比較方便的。
衞生：及時能打掃
環境：整體不錯的，很安靜，有書桌，淋浴間和洗手枱，衞生間都單獨分開的。

欺騙消費者，11點44的時候前台給我打電話問我需不需續房 電話裏明確的告知前台續了，因為我睡的比較晚 還是很困就想睡醒了在下去續費。然後下午14點30的時候我去下面辦理續房 被告知沒有房了，續不了 讓我辦會員，原價183的房讓我掃200，嗨！不是告訴我沒房了嗎？當時我在攜程和同程上看確實是房賣完了無法下單，等我付完房費上樓在看又能下單了 顯示剩餘5間房。

第一次入住這家酒店，服務超讚,熱情，剛到酒店就送上檸檬的茶水，房間也是很乾凈，舒適，特別喜歡他們酒店的護髮素和洗髮水，還有免費的洗衣機和烘乾機很好用，自助早餐的不錯，位置離市內和濕地公園都近，還有現磨的咖啡☕️，就下次還會住！

乾淨衞生有禮貌！服務態度很好，東西丟在酒店了，保潔阿姨不嫌麻煩給找了很久終於找到了，前台小姐姐態度也特別好，免費給延遲了退房時間。下次還來這裏住！強烈推薦！
