I made two reservations for the same period, for two rooms, and I checked in at 12:30 and the other guest made at 17:00. For the same category of rooms, however, I that arrived a little earlier (4 hours) was allocated to a seat room, even the hotel has not yet received a good part of the day guests. I asked about the change of the room, but they claimed that the “system” makes the sorting and we know that it doesn't work like that once the system is made by humans. Manager Ana Carolina tried to see how to correct this situation, but did not change anything. The worst in my perception and the lies and conduct that the collaborator Mariana had, in front of other 2 guests who were coming around 20:20 on day 22/03/2023, and using the question if it would be possible to make the change, she says that, as explained above and what reality even having made equal room reservations of the same category what happened and I took AZAR!!!! It is very disgusting to know that even booking, paying, coming before, being educated, asking for the possibilities to be seen, the answer is HAVE HAVE A HASE!!! Even so you have to count on luck? Where is the coherence that a drop network should have? To help the room has installed an emergency light on the Wi-Fi antenna, which does not turn off and whisper the whole night green and blue, making it impossible to sleep properly and blackout curtain that does not work.

Really had one of the worst experience of my life with a hotel. My family and I planned to start 4 nights at the hotel to visit our family in Brazil. Check in was horrible, they lost my reserve (but charged me on booking.com nevertheless). Then gave us (couple + 3 kids) two single bedrooms instead of two double. They tried to make it right by giving us an extra Mattress. After hours for a checkin, we got to our rooms. No Internet connection. We had to buy mobile Internet services to work and let the kids use their tablets. Breakfast also had barely the minimum you would expect from Top hotel. We decided to have breakfast outside the hotel. Parking service was also really messy, couple of times took them more than 30 min to get us our car. Must say that all the staff was really friendly and polite, but the system and infrastructure of the hotel is really obsolete. Checkout was another nightmare, charging our expenses in another room, the lady at the front desk had to manually calculate our bill. Lost touch was, I got charged both on booking.com and at the hotel. Waiting for them to return one of the payments. If you are going with family or plan to work from the hotel, I recommend you choose another one. We won’t be returning to this hotel anytime soon.

The old rooms, milk crude at breakfast, have I already spoken of the old rooms? The air conditioning despite the window worked, but the structure is bad. I received a fine of traffic where the driver who kept the car is from the convenient garage of the hotel. The hotel did not give the minimum to go back to the incident, the garage only sent the parking ticket asking me to enter with appeal because the timetable of the fine the car was already stored. 1000km travel to receive a fine that I did not even.

I have worked with tourism, many years in a travel agency, recently met the city of Curitiba, and chose to stay in that hotel, the best choice I have made, great in care, good breakfast, organization and cleaning are good, Room with comfortable beds, not counting on the location of a noble neighborhood, near Barigui Park, a very good area to stay. It is a little away from the city center, but nothing that an Uber can help.

From our arrival to check out, everything was perfect, and I cannot give names because without exception all the staff were of a delicacy. The reception made our check in with a great deal of agility, clear in the guidelines and point in our needs. The cleaning was another differential, where we had our clean room every day. Breakfast with a variety of and all delicious, coffee staff always with a smile on my face and I realized they were slipping up to take care of everyone in the best possible way, even having seen a regrettable scene of a guest, The team was very professional, we had dinner for two nights and we were treated with the same sympathy that I think is a feature of Quality Curitiba. The messagers also deserve recognition, care well for our baggage, bring our car with a nice and every day always careful. I recommend you to stay at the Quality Hotel when you come to Curitiba, which will certainly show the reason for my praise. Congratulations to the team managers and thank you very much. We will vote!
