First room’s restroom had a clogged shower drain along with poor water pressure. Sheets felt sandy. Room was not properly cleaned. Microwave didn’t function. After service hours, admin were no where to be seen along with the phone/numbers provided to contact people not working as they would naturally hang up. We were given a second room , but regardless of the improvements , the inconvenience of having to move our things after the first incident made it bad. Along with the fact that they didn’t charge the proper amount to my card, leading me to come back to the hotel when I was 30 minutes away, just to go to the lobby and get it solved in less than ten minutes.
