The location is great. Very near to the central station with bus 7A you can directly reach the hotel. Hotel is clean.

5 star to Tivoli Hotel. The hotel is simply amazing, everything is perfect, from customer service, cleanliness, location, breakfast and access to the main points and the sushi restaurant at the top of the building just amazing. The swimming pool 5 star also. I want to go back to Copenhagen 🥰🥰

The location is great. It is one of the stop for the hop on hop off bus (sightseeing bus). It was our first visit to Copenhagen and a memorable as well. Although the hotel is more like a business hotel, yet it still offer the warmth of a family type hotel and made our stay much better.

A very good hotel, perfect for families. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything is good except for the expensive parking fee.

Good location

When I went to Copenhagen on a business trip, the hotel my company helped arrange was a hotel co-branded with the amu*****t park of the same name. Although it was a bit far from the amu*****t park, the overall service, software and hardware were great! You can have your own choice of omelets or omelets for breakfast. If you stay on the executive floor, you will get free afternoon tea and happy hour, which is definitely worth the price ^_^

Two days before I arrived, the card reader of one of the elevators was broken. I didn't remind in time, and many people couldn't get to their floor even though they kept swiping, which was embarrassing. The room is very good, very new and clean. Two bottles of water are given on the first day of check-in in the executive room, and no refills are given on the second day. Ordinary rooms do not provide water, of course, the tap water in Denmark is drinkable, it’s up to you. There is a bar on the top floor, open air, great wine, whiskey sour is one of the best I have ever had. There is a sushi restaurant above the main building, which is very expensive, and well-off families should be cautious. The swimming pool is small, the gym is small but you can have fun. There are many taxis in front of the hotel during the day. If you depart at night, you generally need to book a taxi in advance, and there is no need to add money. It's a 10-minute walk from Tivoli Paradise, and you can also rent the hotel's bicycles for 150-500 kroner a day.

It's close to downtown Copenhagen, so it's great for sightseeing, and there's a parking lot, so it's easy to park your car. There was also an indoor swimming pool and fitness center, so I had an even more enjoyable time. There are services such as bicycle rental, so it's perfect for a meaningful trip.

A very comfortable hotel with very good service staff. It is very convenient to rent a bicycle to travel around Copenhagen.

The room is small and close to the sea. We asked for a room with a sea view so we could see the sunrise in the morning. When checking in, the front desk gave the children a gift, a coloring book and a box of colored pencils. Other service staff are also very nice! The hotel has bicycles, children's bikes, and family bikes that can be rented, which is quite convenient.

The room is large enough, fully equipped, and has a strong sense of design. Since it is a bit like a children's theme hotel, there are many cartoon decorations inside. It's very close to the train station, about 800 meters walk. If you bring luggage, it's a bit far to walk, but a bit closer to take a taxi. The breakfast is rich and the seating space is ample. There are many attractions around, about 500 meters away from Tivoli and Carlsberg Art Museum. A little more than 2 kilometers away from the commercial street and Newport. The service is great, check-in and check-out are quick. The room was not available until 3pm. After checking in, the water in the basin was blocked. After calling for repairs, it was quickly fixed and the service was timely. The bath water is very good and the bedding is very comfortable. The train station is right outside the window, and there is no noise at all when the windows are closed. The floor lamp is very beautiful, but I couldn't turn it off when it was time to go to bed, so I had to unplug it, which was a bit embarrassing.
