Wanda at the front desk was so friendly. I felt like I was staying in her home the way she greeted me and treated me during my stay. Takara who worked in the restaurant was very consciousness and very aware of the customers. Very sweet and was checking on everyone during their meal. Quiet, clean hotel. Lovely walking area outside.

Our 82nd Airborne 54th Reunion was a success because the staff of the hotel went above and beyond to support the event. The food was great and the service extraordinary. We could not have asked for more.

Relaxing stay, quiet surroundings, bring your fishing pole. Breakfast was NOT included (despite ******* saying it was) and at $12.95 per person, it was too steep for us. Nothing nearby within walking distance (which is what makes this place relaxing…..!) Nice beds, clean spacious room, good shower.

It is at a peaceful and beautiful location. Friendly crew made things even better. For the people didn't have a car, the hotel provided a nice food choices. I had both breakfast and dinner. I had a wonderful stay.

Room extremely dirty with countertops, refridge and mirror not wipes down. Dirty towels left in the room from previous guest stay. Hotel personnel/front desk more interested in defending housekeeping, and apparently alleviating the problem (me the guest is what it seems) offering to check us out having to have known all other hotels in the area were sold out so she could move on with her night. Just disgusting all the way around. Worse stay ever at a Hilton property.

It was such a great stay here! The entire staff (especially the GM, AGM and the front desk staff) were so nice and extremely helpful. Our room was ready upon arriving at the hotel and was clean! The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a variety of food! I can not say enough about the service we received at this hotel!! Definitely will stay again!!!

The room was nice and clean and the staff was great,also the food was great..breakfast was my favorite...the scenery was amazing..I had a room over looking the lake and I also enjoyed looking at nature...I sat at the lake alot watching the ducks...such a soothing experience much better..than living in the city of Philadelphia..different a**osphere people are actually nice

Pretty good hotel, clean, excellent staff and nice clean rooms. Very quiet place off the main drag. A little hard to get to, but made it and no maid service over the weekend. I’ll still return if I need to be in Columbus., but ensure I have my GPS.
