Eques Petit Resort

Wonderful experience at the hotel. It was spotless, staff was extremely attentive and the place is just beautiful.

This hotel is class. The facilities and rooms are fitted out to high end standards. The whole hotel area is kept very clean and tidy. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the management actively look to ensure your stay is perfect. A wide choice of foods at breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Snacks can be purchased from the pool bar, that are prepared in the hotel kitchen and brought to your sunbed! The hotel is ideally situated between the town and the marina both between 5-10 minutes walk away. The nearest beach is about a 10 minute walk.

Unfortunately there are just too many things which let this hotel down for us. It is definitely not a 4 star, more like a 3 star. The location of this hotel is great and it is generally very pretty with nice rooms and good aircon. We also never struggled to get a sun lounger but I think that’s because a lot of people go to the beach / out the hotel in the day because it’s very quiet round the pool, no music or anything which was fine. It is a very family friendly resort, probably not ideal for couples. Key issues we had which did ruin our experience: - no towels, every day there were no towels available until 1/2pm, and given the beds are brown leather they’re too hot to sit on without. So we ended up using the same towels for 5 days….I’ve never experienced this before at any hotel. - the quality and selection of breakfast is poor, it is extremely busy and not the right size for this hotel - whilst we did like that we could order foods and eat it at our beds, the selection was limited and it took over 45 mins every day to get our lunch, we ended up eating lunch out - the spa was never open and the gym doesn’t really have anything in it (3 machines max). It seemed to be quite difficult to find out any information about it. We would say all the staff are super friendly and were really welcoming. We probably wouldn’t stay here again on or if we did we definitely wouldn’t pay for half board.

Beautiful hotel. Close to everything. Wonderful staff and very clean. I highly recomend this hotel for couples. We will return one day in the near future! Nice rooms with a private terrace and garden. If you want to chill down for a week or to, just go to Eques Petite resort.

Don’t really know where to start with this review as everything about Eques Petit resort is amazing. From the moment we arrived with a cava welcome drink to ALL the staff for being wonderful, friendly & their dedication to please & ensure everything about our stay was to be the best. We have been coming to Majorca for 19 years & Eques is the easily the best by far!! We simple do not have anything but praise to say which made our holiday unforgettable. Special mentions must go to Josh & Tessa on reception, Andrea & Hajar (who was always smiling) at breakfast, Maria-Jose around the pool, Vanesa our room attendant & last but not least Dominic the manager all went above & beyond. Such a relaxed friendly, happy vibe & tranquil smells & music made it feel like a proper retreat. Location is perfect, 2 mins walk into town & 3 mins to Marina in the other direction. What a gem this place is. You really have to stay here to believe it. Thank you all & we WILL be back as soon as we can.

Fantastic hotel absolutely stunning and spotless clean. Great location and facilities couldn’t want to be in a better spot. All the staff from front desk to house keeping are amazing and if you have any problems they really are sorted out within 5 minutes. The bar staff are super friendly and a special mention goes out to John who has a great personality and made us feel really welcome and he possesses a great set of customer service skills. I will definitely be going back

We had a great time in Cal D'Or much thanks to the great facilities and atentative staff of Eques. The room was big, nice interior design and modern. All necessary equipment was available. Cleaning was thorough and timing was flexible. Breakfast left nothing missing, plenty of fresh and local products. All in all a place we heart full can recommend...

A very good place to stay, only a few little quibbles, none of which would stop me coming back. Location. Excellent, 5 minutes from the town centre, shops and restaurants and 5 minutes from the marina. Generally a quieter resort but that’s fine by me. Staff. Excellent. Very friendly and welcoming Cleanliness. Excellent. No complaints at all Facilities. Not as comprehensive as other hotels, spa and gym quite sparse tbh (not that I come on hold for either!!). Good size pool and plenty of loungers. Quibbles. Small restaurant for the size of hotel, had to wait to be seated a couple of times for breakfast in April so wonder what it’s like in peak season. The food was very good although I thought, a little limited in choice. Overall. 4/5 is fair Tips. Definitely eat out in the marina…lots of great restaurants and definitely try Indiana Johns in town… you won’t miss it as Anton DuBeck hauls you in off the street!! Use the hire shop across the road for cars, bikes, quads whatever… good choice and cheaper than Roig. Thanks for looking after us. 👍😁
