The room was clean and spacious. Everything in their worked. Had a refrigerator and a microwave. Unfortunately no small coffee pot which I would have really liked. The beds were comfortable everything smelled clean.

Comfy place within walking distance to downtown and other places. Room was nice, owner was friendly, price was right, and the TV had Roku. I would pick it every time over one of the corporate motels in the Verde Valley.

Totally updated and very clean. Couldn’t ask for better place to get a good nights sleep and a quick drive to old town.

Only thing we did not like was our room was close to the street and it was noisy.

Pleasant Hotel just outside Sedona and DOES NOT have the Sedona Prices! The owner Danica is very Nice and very accommodating. Hotel is clean and everything works. Bed is very soft - I prefer a firmer one, but for 2 nights we endured.
Nice location. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if visiting Sedona!
