It was absolutely wonderful hotel. I've stayed at Hampton inns before and they were always nice but this on in Wellington was like I was at the Ritz calton. The lobby was so elegant looking with beautiful sitting area. The free breakfast was good. My scramble eggs and the waffles were great. The pool ate is the best pool area I ever seen that was not a resort The beautiful paio in shade was great. We had a group of 20 of us here to visit a very special friend. The staff was great and did not bother us at all. There is a beautiful cabana that is yours to use free.poolnis 5 out of 5. Our room and bed was so nice and comfy. Also has restaurants and grocer in the same plaza. One of the best hotels I've stayed at

Amazing amazing amazing that I could say about my hotel Experience. Amazing friendly staff, cleanliness of the hotel amazing. From top to everyone who works there including house keeping just amazing. Never fails when I visit this hotel. Highly recommend. I use to visit Angela unfortunately she wasn’t working the day checked in but regardless the staff didn’t miss a beat. Thank you everyone at the hotel, I’m sure I’ll see you all again….

There was a great woman at the front desk, very helpful. check in was easy. I have always loved Hampton Inn, it's not as nice as I remember, there was loud music and weed smoke all down the hall and I had my kid with me. No breakfast because of Covid-19. I accidentally booked one regular king suite and then a handicap and they made me move rooms the 2nd day here, even though she said they were no very full. The store was barely stocked, no juice for the kids.

Room smelled a little funny. Other than that it was good.

The service here is absolutely horrendous. Christy is a rude and obnoxious employee, with zero professionalism, no business ethics and no hospitality training whatsoever. I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with her here. I was in town for my daughter's (who is a minor) debate competition. I had booked a suite with two queen beds and a couch. The employee Saige told me that since the suite was occupied, they can offer us two rooms with queen beds. This was okay, I asked for the rooms to be next to each other since I was with my wife and my daughter so that we all could be together and my daughter wouldn't have to be completely alone. Saige agreed and assigned us two rooms next to each other and I gave my card information for her to complete that transaction. While all of this is happening, Christy gave to rooms to someone else and charged my card, Saige reprimanded her to which Christy replied snarkily that she was just doing her job. Now I was charged for rooms I did not get and so I asked that those rooms be given to me since I was charged, Christy at this point started mouthing off. They gave me rooms completely far off, charged me for them and Christy told me to either take the rooms or leave. At this point I called the manager (Marcus), who despite being on the premise did not bother to show his face. We waited 2 hours for him to show up. I I sincerely hope that this review is given precedence and guests take this as a warning to avoid both Marcus and Christy. They need to be trained again.

This hotel never disappoints! I have stayed here multiple times and the front desk staff are always so polite and inviting. Quick check-in and check-out process. I did not get a chance to have breakfast but it smelled amazing! Nice clean rooms and close to restaurants, shopping and the airport. I intend on staying here over and over again!

This hotel is not big, there is only a small lake at the door, and the room facilities are very old. It is very convenient to have a shopping mall similar to an outlet nearby. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the shopping mall. But the overall feeling is not that safe. At 12 o'clock in the evening, the smelly man in the next room beats his wife, and the wife screams all kinds of screams, and no one cares when he hears all kinds of banging sounds. It feels like the woman is about to be beaten to death. Our language is not good. He dared not open the door and waited with the sofa against the door. Fortunately, someone knocked on the door for about half an hour and took the woman away. From time to time, he heard the verbal abuse from the man. This was the most terrible experience of this trip. I didn't see the hotel with security, and the hotel parking lot was open. The room can be used for cooking, there is a washing machine in the room, and the sofa does not seem to be opened as a bed.

I have booked twice, 8.8 and 8.9 for two days, but one day in advance, it is 100 yuan cheaper than 10 days in advance, or the second floor, but after waiting for a long wait, I will ask for the next day to go to the front desk to handle the procedure. In place! I did it, and I waited for the next day for another half-day. I went to the same procedure as I checked in again, and I brushed a $100 deposit. But when I checked out, I only refunded 100 on the spot. There is still $100 in the market. I am too lazy to play international long distance. See when you can return! The water in the room is one bottle and one dollar. No matter how far the hotel car is, it costs almost $25. There is almost nothing to eat for breakfast. The waiter is also very indifferent. In short, except for the opposite outlets and supermarkets, the price is too low, there is no reason to choose. Go live! Still Hilton's Suite Hotel is good!

The stay was great. You can't hear the planes, it was very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Don't expect much for breakfast, they didn't have fruit, orange juice, pancakes or eggs. I had a bagel and my boyfriend had a waffle, but those were good. I would go back there!
