Fun little lodge in a beautiful location. Old Florida style lodge. Rooms are basic but spotless. Beds super comfortable. Watch out for the elevator, though. Original elevator doors can pinch your fingers if you’re not careful!
Loved the fantastic boat ride. Tons of wildlife to see from birds to manatees to alligators. Be sure to reserve your spot in advance before the space fills, though.
Nice hiking trails on-site at the property.
Restaurant and lobby area can be extremely loud when they are having a private event because of acoustics.
We will definitely come back again.

I'm going to be completely honest with you. I love this stay. It was very clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was available. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean and sanitized.

Front desk was swift checking me in. No problems with the room not being ready. Once I was in my room everything was clean. It was a spacious room, king size bed. Had all my toiletries in the bathroom. The complementary breakfast was actually great for free breakfast standards. They had everything you could want. Hotel also had a pool that I did not use.
