Our check in associate Adrionna was amazing! She was very attentive and helpful, and even gave us a restraunt guide! When she last minute had to cover the next shift — she didnt let it affect her attitude. She made sure to continue to present a welcoming environment. If i plan on going back to the area i will make sure to go to this hotel specifically because of the great service she provided! Excited to see the hotel after the upcoming renovation!

The hotel is incredibly clean all over, but I have to give a shout out to two employees that impacted my stay. I witnessed Kim de-escalate a situation with a guest in such a professional manner that it should be applauded. After operating our company business out of their meeting room, I encountered a man willing to work the night shift. His name is Raymone, he had kind eyes and a level of hospitality that should be recognized. The rooms are of good size, the beds are comfortable, and the overall experience at this hotel should be acknowledged. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.

1-Overall, I am quite satisfied with it and it is very clean.
2-The lobby service is also very good and very luxurious.
I thought the online reviews said it was very dirty, but I didn't encounter it during my actual stay.
The gym is also pretty good, and the location is relatively convenient for traveling.

I recently stayed at the comfort suites and my stay was AMAZING. I booked a jacuzzi suite as a surprise for my boyfriends' birthday and it was a hit. We both enjoyed our stay, The room was very clean, and the staff were awesome. Definitely recommend.

Pros: -Friendly and knowledgeable staff -New facility, modern design and layout, new bedding, towels, everything. -Well lit, business neighbor, convenient access to M-10 Cons: -No way to turn AC/Heat fan to ”on”, bring your own noise maker -8 Pillows are 8 different levels of complete mush, bring your own pillow if you like firm.
