Once hotel booked you went to see comments ... Or we fell well, or those who commented earlier are too demanding in view of the price paid. - Right staff. Not unpleasant, not very expressive but nothing negative - breakfast, right. - small but correct room, all works, coffee shop, TV, fridge, microwave, - cleanliness ....good is true that cleaning the room leaves a little to desire, but not crassful either. - cleanliness of the hotel in general nothing to re-repeat. - free parking, great So if you are looking for luxury, no.... If you are looking for the top range, no If you are looking for a cheap hotel, a hotel to just go back to bed and breakfast then yes, you can book ...
With the heat wave that So. Cal. was experiencing, we did a staycation for the Labor Day weekend. First they switched our room so we had no view of the pool, that was the first in a long list of issues. The front desk was about as useless as they come. Not one of the people we spoke to was in anyway helpful, they continued with no answers with every question. The pool was not secure and a child could just walk right in and a trajedy would ensue. Kids were walking through the lobby soaking wet leaving water everywhere and the girl at the front desk didn't even flinch, ny wife and were tempted to say something to these kids because the staff certainly wasn't. Then when we wanted to use the pool one morning the girl at the front desk had no idea when it would be ready while it was being cleaned and didn't even know how to find out where the pool cleaner guy was to ask him. Although the rooms were nice and modern they hardly looked clean. In fact, they looked dingy and damp liked they hadn't been cleaned in a while. When I asked about where to recycle the front desk again had no idea or even seemed to care that I wanted to recycle. Then there's the RAT TRAP that was in our room that my 2 year old picked up and tried to play with. UGGGGHHHHHH!!! Finally, the guests at the hotel looked like they weren't even guests there. I think they just stopped there to use the pool and they were loud and disruptive and again, not a peep from the staff. Our stay was a nightware, if I could give zero stars I would. STAY AWAY from this hotel and go somewhere else. Please !!!
Being an American Express Hilton card holder, I used more than 100,000 points for a two night stay at the Home2Suites Montebello with my family. We stayed here once before in 2021 and were very pleased during that stay. Unfortunately, this time our experience was not the same or near that level. Our initial room was very dirty, extremely dusty on shelves & counter tops. A stray hair in the refrigerator, bathroom corner smelled strongly like urine and old room keys on the top of the kitchenette shelf. We had no paper towels and half of a toilet paper roll with no spare rolls handy. The ironing board was broken in a few pieces, and the shower didn't work late at night. We had to move to a different room. No one on staff offered to help move us, it was close to midnight & our children were sleeping. Extremely inconvenient. We also inquired about a late check out and instead of trying to accommodate it, they told us to ask in the morning. Our second room was also dusty, remnants of the previous guests stay were present. Trash was under the fold out bed, an empty makeup bottle and qtip were on the floor next to the bathroom cabinet. Our shampoo and body wash bottles had one pump of product in them, basically empty. Housekeeping was definitely the main reason for this review. I'm unpleasantly surprised at this kind of experience with a Hilton.

The last hotel booked before returning home. The front desk of the hotel can speak Chinese, there is a microwave in the lobby, and some rooms have it. The castle Ole is very close, there is a Chinese breakfast, a Chinese community. The room is quite big and the price is good. There is a convenience store next to it, which is very convenient. There is a bestbuy one hundred meters away and it’s not cheap, but the appliances look really good, and I have an urge to go home. Castle Ole is nearby, but I went to Desert Ole. It’s too far. I advise everyone not to go too far to Ole. Time is also money.
Mr Jay and all the employees Top notch New and improved lots of amenities Hospitality staff welcoming nice and friendly to come in and be happy and very nice and neat good stuff will return for a short or long-term getaway business or vacation
The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their incredible hospitality made us feel like valued guests.
We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The amenities were excellent, but it was the staff's warm and genuine hospitality that truly made our stay unforgettable.
The price is not expensive, the location can also be not far from the supermarket, or parking, someone cleans every day, the mattress is a bit stuck, the overall feeling is OK!

Before I get into the review, I just want to state that I have tried on multiple occasions to reach out to the hotel and resolve these issues amicably, however due to their incompetent staff at various levels they have failed to support. I would also like to call out the worst hotel manager to grace the earth in Chadi Guirguis, for his achievement in failing to respond to my emails and numerous phone calls, despite giving me his assurance in person that I would be taken care of. Lastly, I rarely leave reviews but after weeks of deliberating, I feel that I need to share my experience and warn anyone who plans to go in the future. Onto the review, and myself and my family stayed in room 331 on the 9th and 10th April 2024. We chose this hotel mainly for its location but also because it carried the Hilton name, which we felt would give us a more 'premium' experience. Oh how wrong we were. We were greeted with a room which had multiple damp spots (mainly on the ceiling), the latch on the door hanging by a thread, mould behind a peeled section of wallpaper and a shower that was incapable of providing hot water for more than 3 seconds. Given it was a 2 night stay, we tried our best to make the best of a bad situation and stay in the room (we were also out most of the day). The next day we went out and returned to the room at around 8pm. This was where the real issues began. On return to our room, we found that NONE of the beds had been made and the room had not been cleaned at all. Given that this is a basic expectation of any hotel that you stay in (especially a Hilton), I went to reception to complain and was greeted by the rudest receptionist I think I had ever met (Monika I think the name was). The problem was I couldn't speak to her for 30 mins because there were 4 people ahead of us in the queue, all complaining about the same issue! The receptionists response was abrupt and comical, telling us that there were no cleaners available and pretty much expected us to deal with it. Following this, I returned to the room and once again, tried to make the best out of a bad situation. Then the worst hotel experience I ever had took place... My son was sitting on a chair by the window, playing his iPad when suddenly the window detaches from the frame and LANDS on my sons leg, injuring him followed by crying and screaming. The window itself was large and heavy, however we were incredibly fortunate that the glass didn't smash, mainly because the curtain in front of it slowed its momentum as it fell. Whilst my wife attended to our son, I (perhaps stupidly) tried to re-attach the window to the frame due to the safety hazard that had now been created as it led directly onto the flat roof outside. It also meant that a huge draft was coming into the room. Despite my attempts, I was unable to re-secure the window and for the second time, made my way back to reception to complain (once again) and ask to be re-allocated to a different room. Unsurprisingly, t
