They giving me free upgrade k-suites and it was a nice clean room, very friendly staff, check-in lady was very friendly and they have good breakfast and right next to freeway so it was easy to find hotel, over all it was a great stay.

Stayed here the Friday night before a volleyball tournament. The staff were so welcoming and treated the girls team amazing. Normally on Saturday the complimentary breakfast doesn’t open until 7 and we would miss it due to having to be at the gym before that time. Robert and Kathy came in early and had breakfast ready for us by 6:30. The girls were all able to fill their bellies with good food before off to a long day of play. Thank you again for all the wonderful special treatment. Kudos to all working there!

Stayed here for the last night of a week long trip. The staff was great and the room was spotless. It was a hot evening when we checked in and they already had the A/C running in our room for us, so that was awesome. The pool has a water slide. Yes, a two story tall water slide so that was my son's favorite thing obviously. Lots of food options are within a 10 minute drive.

We decided to stay here because it was cheaper and the reviews were pretty good and we just needed to sleep and leave at the crack of dawn BUT our room looked bare minimum. It smelled like sitting old water. There was a hair in the bed which for me just put the mood into yuck mode. We had to open the window and some of the traffic was loud and it was a hot day. We have stayed in this area before but at the Marriott next door which is a little more expensive but well worth it. Don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel like this place needs a little more upkeep. Not my favorite. Also we wanted ice and there is no ive machine except the one in the fridge in the room. It was pretty loud. If you are trying to sleep forget about it.

The hotel & my room were very clean. Having a kitchen was so convenient... it was superb having a stovetop and full frig/freezer. The room temp is controlled digitally, and I was able to run the fan all night for white noise. My stay was very quiet. My room was adjacent to the elevator, and the airport tower was within view,... yet i heard NOTHING! The pillows were long and large. The sheets & bed were nice, I slept well. I would love to stay here again. Laundry machines and a WELL-stocked fitness room were available. Convenience food & toiletries were available for purchase. My kitchen was well-stocked with dishes/utensils and was FAR superior to the other extended-stay hotels in Medford. Hotel is in close driving proximity to multiple grocers and an outlet mall with shopping/dining. Breakfast is not provided, but that didn't affect me.

There is only one sink in the bathroom, it is inconvenient for many people, no kitchen paper! It is inconvenient compared to Huanpeng! The room is clean and breakfast is OK, there is no good requirement for Oriental people!

We stop in Medford a lot on road trips. We have tried all the basic hotels. We’re Bonvoy people…and this is by far the nicest hotel to stay in on points. Bar/food area is spacious. Excellent breakfast and evening food options. A lot of road noise, but overall this hotel is better than other options thanks to restaurant and main hotel area. Staff is friendly!

Easy check-in, friendly staff. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaints were the tv - the sound was tinny and annoying and the noisy, obnoxious light in the bathroom. Hint - use the timed heat lamp and avoid the buzz. Extra compliments to our server, Jessica, at The Grill restaurant, who went out of her way to make our dining experiences special.
