We have just come back from a week's stay at this hotel and I must say, we loved our stay. The hotel room was clean and had enough space for the 4 of us. The only issue I could see was some mould in the shower seal corners and a dent in the shower bottom but the bathroom was clean and smelt fresh. Cleaners were in daily so the towels and bedding were changed daily. This was our first family holiday abroad so I had nothing to compare it to but for us it was a lovely stay. There was a good selection of food even with me being lactose and egg intolerant. The staff were faultless. Always happy to help and approachable and the entertainment staff were amazing! Melody spoke to us the first day and then every day remembered all our names and asked if we were enjoying our stay. The kids club is great for if the children are wanting to play out of the sun and just take some Time out. A few reviews have mentioned about things being broken. We did notice that quite a lot of sunbeds were cracked down the middle but with it being towards the end of the season we just assumed they've become worn over the season and that they would be replaced ready for next season. With the mats on and towels you don't notice the damage and it doesn't effect the use. The WiFi isn't great but it works well enough to keep in touch with family back home and we weren't there to be sat online all the time. The beach is beautiful! Couldn't have asked for a better location and the water is so clean! I have noticed some reviews about cleanliness but there are always cleaners and maintenance staff around and I can imagine it would be hard to constantly keep up with 1200 people. There were quite a few wasps outside when dining outdoors but what do you expect being outside with fresh fruit around. 3 of us did become ill with sickness and diarrhea whilst away but we just put it down to eating different foods and being in a different environment. We came away with another family of 4 who all suffered the same as us too. It wasn't severe enough to see a doctor as we took medication with us just incase this happened so we drank plenty of bottled water and spent time resting in the room. The pools were all clean all be it cold but was to be expected at this time of year. This didn't stop the children enjoying them though. There is a park at the side of the hotel with plenty for the children to do if you want to take time out to explore. There is also a regular mini bus every 10 minutes into the centre for 7tl each. Plenty of markets and food places there if you want to take a look around. Overall we had a great experience of the hotel.

So it turned out that it was temporarily necessary to look for budget accommodation in Kushadas (but now I will tell you that for this money you can get more). The hotel I didn't like the word at all, yes, it is possible to live, but it is the worst hotel in my experience. The number surrounding the territory has already been killed by time, yes I see the reviews of the 2010s - it may have been cool there. The mixers are just the most horrible, chrome all long ago tears. Water is a separate adventure, not for everyone. In the first water is salty, very smelly, in the second only hot when the sun is on the street, and in the kitchen it is not at all. In a month of life no one has been cleaning in the room at all, not for a towel, and especially for bed linen too. I had to go to ask myself. The room is very cold and humid, the pelvic saloon. I can't even imagine what will happen in December-January, the air conditioner is not enough for such a square. The dishes are killed, the teapot didn't work, used purely Turkish. The territory is dirty, rubbish, at night light does not include from the word at all, it seems to save. The Internet on the three, copes, but flys often. In two weeks four times the electricity was turned off, respectively the water and the Internet were lost. Another huge minus is the location. There are no normal shops at all nearby, three bars of type: beer-water-snapper. To the city only on the dolmosa, walk 50 minutes. There is no bad beach in 5 minutes walk, it seems the only plus. I consider without transportation in this hotel nothing to do. Very much livelihood at night: cats, dogs, chips were seen at the hotel a couple of times. I will not recommend, everyone let it decide from the above.
I can’t say anything about the location, we weren’t interested in the sea, the view from the balcony is gorgeous, but I don’t know how to get to the beach and what’s there. We arrived early at 10, checked in, put on bracelets, the room is beautiful, even the third member of the family has its own small separate bedroom, elevators, carpets, cleanliness, everything is there except bathrobes. The food is non-stop, I don’t know what’s missing, everything is delicious, beef, turkey, everything is complete, they always add fruits, vegetables, side dishes. Ice cream with fruit during the day, all kinds of pizza, pide, vegetables, sweets by the pool, bars everywhere, everyone with a smile, come again, no queues, tables are cleared immediately, guests are welcome here, the attitude is very pleasant, we were very satisfied. The aqua zone with slides for children and the water complex for kids is excellent! Staff are always present and children are looked after very closely.
Been to turkey 15 times but this time we thought we would have a change and stay in kusadasi .we have stayed at many 4/5 star all inclusive hotels so had had high expectations at the koruma de Luxe.on first impressions on arrival all seemed good quickly checked in and on our way to our room on 6th floor with sea view room as booked.amazing views from our balcony, room looked a little tiered and no were to hang your coats or shower robes up.opened the fridge up to have a look in and to my surprise only water, pop,in the fridge,in all the other hotels Iv stayed in always had a couple of beers in and no milk in the room if you want to make a drink. Unpacked our clothes plenty of space in the large wardrobe and put our valuables in the safe and went for a walk around to see were everything was . We were aware that the local drinks are only included in the all inclusive so asked for a bottle of efes which is local beer and one I always drink in turkey but was told that would cost me 230.00 Turkish .a bottle of corona would cost 420.00 Turkish a bottle so I went for a glass of efes on draft not a nice drink at all tasted as though it was flat and after 2 glasses couldn’t drink anymore so we ended up going out for a drink throughout the day and bought some beer for the fridge in the room.unless you drink wine or spirits and don’t want a big bar bill this is not the place for you. We went for something to eat on the evening and the food always seemed to be cold and more a less the same choice every night so sometimes we eat out .we met a few friends that had the same thoughts as us and couldn’t believe how so much was chargeable even though it was classed as all inclusive.it is a real shame because the views were amazing over the sea and most staff were very nice and friendly and is a perfect location and only a 15 minute walk to town. Because of all the extra charges and cold food I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately and you had to sit outside for your evening meal so had to put a jumper or coat on to keep you warm if the temperature drops.
Very good hotel, 20 minutes to the center along the embankment, the room was comfortable on the 9th floor with stunning views of the sea and the city, varied breakfasts, fitness equipment equipped with everything you need, bars by the pool and sea, in the lobby, there is even a Starbucks, I liked everything, I highly recommend it.

The view from the room was great, and the handsome guy at the front desk was polite.
The two double-bed rooms are large, but the breakfast is relatively average and has few varieties. The room is very difficult to drive on the hillside. Overall, it is not bad.

Having recently spent 9 nights in Kusadasi with my beautiful wife of 25 years anniversary. We spent our honeymoon there although it was in” Bitez” back then, other times it was ”Golden Day Wings” now since closed, sadly. We spent the holiday in the Shuan Seaport360 Hotel (room 312). This was our first time staying here at this hotel, so we were a little apprehensive. There was no need to be as on arrival close to midnight, we were met by a very warm and friendly night receptionist by the name of ”Can” who had excellent Englis and could not have been more helpful and reassuring to us that we would enjoy our stay with them at the ”Shuan ” this set the theme with all the staff. On our first day there, we met Yasin as we entered the lift. He enquired how we were doing and then introduced himself as the hotel manager. We were blown away by his beautiful manner and kindness, especially his genuine interest in knowing about us and our visit to Turkey. He was so assuring and assured that this left us with no doubts about the remainder of our holiday. His kindness permeated down to all his staff. He certainly is a Hugh asset to the hotel. Our room was excellent, spacious with a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities. Air conditioning was excellent. The fridge had complimentary water, and every day was restocked. The fridge worked perfectly. The bathroom was good, and the shower was excellent, with great pressure and not fixed to the the wall, thank goodness. The view from our balcony was spatucular. You could see the beautiful marina / beach and the cruise ships arriving into port and departing. (Couldn't ask for a better view) There was a 24-hour reception, and safety was the hotels' utmost in security, so we felt very safe. Walkability to the marina, beach, shops and restaurants was just beautiful and very safe, the Turkish people are lovely. Food and drink at the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was buffet style, hot and cold, and so plentiful, enough choice to suit everyone needs. Note worthy details; I have a bad knee, and my husband has some issues with his back, we found the bed, fridge, safe, and toilet a little on the low side but it didn't hinder us (bed very comfortable) Taxi ride back to hotel is recommended after an evening out as is quite steep up the hill to the hotell, cheap at €4.00 and safe Thank you, Suhan Seaport 360 Hotel and all the staff who made our holiday a pleasant and memorable time to cherish. New modern hotel with a gorgeous view of the bay. But the hotel staff is extremely unfriendly, gave the coldest reception possible. The room was not ready for our arrival, although we arrived on time. We waited 30 minutes. They refused to provide breakfast at the price indicated in the reservation. The cost of breakfast is 20 euros per person, and they are not interested in what is written in the reservation. They also said that they do not have parking, and problems with the car are our problems, park wherever you want. They did not give any information about the hotel services - neither about the beach, nor about the hamam. We still did not understand where they are. As a reminder, they took a deposit of 50 euros !! In general, the entire period of our stay we felt that we were not welcome here. The service is terrible, this should not happen. I do not recommend to anyone
