The hotel's breakfast really needs to be improved. I went there twice. Once, the nasi lemak only had rice and eggs. The second time, it was tasteless fried rice, and there were pancakes and white bread that I never knew how to fry. It was so little that so many people had to eat. It’s just a choice and it tastes terrible
We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist Elly. Such a sweet girl. We had booked a premium room corner lot with a King size bed and a balcony. There are only 2 King size rooms at this hotel. The room was of decent size but so badly arranged. It had an open wardrobe with a table fixed to the wall (so could not move the table and a stool underneath, one nightstand near the wardrobe and none on the other side of the bed which had a very big chair (only for one person) and alas, the balcony was for standing only. No chair no table. Such a lousy arrangement of furniture. So my husband sat on the armchair and I either had the stool that fitted under the fixed table or the bed! I don't know who designed this but in my view it's pretty senseless. Why not put 2 chairs and a small table on the balcony so we can enjoy the view? How long can you stand outside? So ridiculous. Waste of time to even book these rooms, since they have a big terrace on each floor for everyone to enjoy. The bath towels are very new and soft and fluffy so it leaves some fluff on the skin and my husband has very sensitive skin. So we ask for another towel, not so new...they told us if we wanted an extra towel it was free...2 extra towels you had to pay RM5 per towel! We only wanted to exchange one. Then after the first night, because the pillow is not very comfortable, we asked for extra pillows. Same thing: one extra pillow: free...more than one you will be charged RM5 per pillow!!! Could not believe. so preposterous. We also noticed the hot water after a certain time at night was kind of lukewarm. The following day we wanted to take shower around 10am and the water was cold. We called and asked why and they told us the hot water had been switched off. So we made a big fuss about it and they came and switched it back on. This is absolutely ridiculous. No matter about the lay-out of the furniture but the fact that you have to pay for extra towel, extra pillow and that the hot water is on only at certain time, they should put it on their website to advise customers and to avoid such aggravations and frustrations. The room was very clean and all the staff at the hotel is very friendly. We came here to try their seafood restaurant and the restaurant was closed for renovation to be re-open around March next year (??). Again, why don't they put it on their website? The problem lies with the owner/management. I don't think we will ever go back to that hotel unless they change their policies. TIPS: Since I can't put my tip in the place below, I would advise you not to bother to book King size room (which is the most expensive). You can always enjoy the large terrace on each floor. Be careful about booking standard rooms, some have no windows...it's like being in a coffin.
A good hotel to stay overnight for those who are looking for accommodation while waiting for their spouse to visit the hospital... is there a pool yet, you know...

This hotel is very close to all the seafood restaurants. You can even walk if you want to. Less than 1km distance. Room was ok. Bed very soft but not bed sheet not very clean even after washed. Our room facing main road. Super noisy. Poor sound insulation. Other than that it was worth the stay. Good customer service.
Convenient location by car after the boat tour. The place looks ordinary but it provides most things required if fanciness isn't a requirement. They have a water dispenser near the lift entrance on higher floors. There's a place to eat burger at night close by as well.
It seems like they just renovated the hotel. The room is clean. The hotel provides us towels, shower gels, coffee powder and kettle.
If you have elders who have difficulties in walking, you can request staying on the ground floor but without windows.
Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.
However, my other family member's room has an electricity supply issue on the third day. The heater in the bathroom and plug in the room are not functional. The receptionist came and fixed it. Still, the room has the same problem.
I forgot to take the photo.

AAnonymous UserNot our first stay here. Clean room, great bathroom. Just nice for a short stay. But with the price paid, you’ll be expecting to get at least a mini fridge in the room. For those who are travelling with toddlers who need hot water for their milk, bring a thermos if you don’t want to keep going out from your room to get the hot water from the water dispenser. Book directly with the hotel to get a slightly cheaper price.
MMimzy_96First and foremost, we had our stay from 29/12/2020 until 31/12/2020 for a short vacation with my family. 1 day prior before arrival, i've made a call through the FO and request for comp anniversary deco but it is chcargeable instead around RM150 which was alright. During the process i've asked what sort of deco do they display and then they suddenly told me to contact the housekeeping instead to gather more info which was quite weird. Later on, another receptionist (Suraya) called me and happily assist me for setting the decoration for my parents and the overall was amazing which made my parents suprised. Kudos to Suraya & the team. On the next day, when we were about to leave for our activity, there was an unexpected incident where our car rear window was shattered due to contractor using grass trimmer right next to our cutter which cause several stones flew right through our rear window and was not happy about it. But then, the management willing to replace the new window on their behalf and able to settle it during the same day. Overall, the room was delightful but not much of soundproof room as the neighbor room were very loud and we can hear their voice. Other than that, we are glad to stay here with the management able to go for extra mile for the deco and change the car window. We will surely come again in the future and hope the staff can go extra mile for their returning guest. Warmest regards, Syamim
Uummu_ammarNice and clean budget hotel. The room was clean and comfortable to stay. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. Overall it was a good stay. Parking and restaurants are all below the hotel.

22112annVery convenient . Located in town and near to jetty to sky mirror. This is budget hotel but they provide swimming pool with additional reasonable charges. I guess its alright. They also provide amenities like shampoo, bath gell, toothbrush. I'll definitely consider to come back and this time, to try different room category.
BBeruangKoalaA bit far away from the city but near to pekan kuala selangor. suitable for people who wants to get away from city chaos. got near nice place to go as kopi sawah and roti canai pelangi. sekinchan also is just around the corner. OosaflyThe savages work there at the front desk. They refused check in a prepaid room within an hour.Conversation: When we booked? Two months ago. Which date? -I don’t remember exactly what your Wi-Fi password is, I’ll just take a look at the Hotels.com -We won’t say you aren’t a hotel customer. An hour later it is getting dark, I came to see the place of interest, but not find out. I will go, you find out in Hotels.com. Can I leave a backpack? -No, you are not a hotel customer .... Inadequate, what can i say...I, a client with a prepaid number, could not leave for an hour-backpack at the reception I had to walk for an 2 hours with a backpack of 8kg.Finally check in on arrival. The room is dead, cockroaches walk in jambs. But there is hair everywhere on the floor, as if someone had shed on it. Bed in yellow spots. Do not try to book this horror! Indian chain OYO(included this hotel)- go around the tenth dear!! Shame!
