GGuest UserThis three star hotel is one of better hotels in small coastal town of Mukah. The hotel is located right in the centre of the town, with easy access to shops and eateries. The hotel is busy and a popular choice for travellers lodging in Mukah. It is however showing its age, as room facilities are old and worn. We stayed one night in a big twin room, with basic amenities such as coffee and tea, two bottles of drinking water, and toiletries. Anything extra will incur additional charges. Room condition and cleanliness required improvement however. Breakfast was included in the room rates, with limited buffet choice provided in the morning. Although this is not the best hotel I have stayed, I am not sure what other choice do you have in this small town. Their sister hotel, Kingwood Resort is located quite far from the town centre and come with swimming pool. I will probably stay in this hotel again given this is one of better hotels in Mukah town centre. However, I hope they could refurbish their rooms soon and improve the facilities provided.
