Ho alloggiato in questa struttura per 2 notti ed ho scelto la suite con vasca idromassaggio e sauna in camera che devo dire ho apprezzato parecchio Ho un apprezzato un po’ meno la camera Letto e cuscini scomodi per le mie abitudini in quando letto bassi e materasso scomodo cuscino troppo piatti Ritengo che se prenoti una suite dai per scontato che la colazione sia compresa invece la mattina scendo nella sala colazioni e mi viene riferito che non è compresa la colazione ,cosa che mi fa restare parecchio male, La vetrata della camera è fornita di tende che non chiudono bene per cui al mattino la luce entra in tutto il suo splendore anche il kit di cortesia bagno lascia a desiderare Buona la posizione un po’ scomodo se arrivi in auto il parcheggio dista un po’ . Peccato soggiorno un po’ sotto le mie aspettative

Walking through the narrow and winding streets of Monreale, we arrived at this small hotel. The hotel does not have a car park, but there are two nearby car parks (blue zone), although apparently people park on any corner. The breakfast is simple, but good, you can choose between sweet or salty, and they offer you coffee and juice. The comfortable beds. The bathroom ”little” used, the shower too small, and the toilet with little power, let's say that one of us left a tenant, and they had to expel him from the hotel, yes, they did it while we were away. You have to notify the check in by WhatsApp, they attended us quite quickly. The hotel does not have Wi-Fi.

La struttura è pulitissima, ben organizzata e curata, con la zona piscine e vasca Jacuzzi che è veramente un gioiellino con una vista mozzafiato su Palermo. Stanza ampia, luminosa e pulitissima. Servizio professionale e sempre attento al dettaglio. Il ristorante è di ottima qualità e varietà di scelta. Potrebbero secondo me sfruttare la zona piscina anche la sera, visto il tanto spazio e la presenza del chiosco bar, con della musica da sottofondo, e luci soffuse per un bel aperitivo o cocktail bordo piscina con vista panoramica. Creare una situazione tranquilla, rilassante, dove poter interagire con gli altri ospiti, semplice ma efficace. La posizione infatti, un poco fuori mano ti obbliga la sera a prendere l'auto o una navetta e andare a Palermo. Un consiglio, il ristorante è un po' caro, soprattutto in rapporto alla quantità delle porzioni, anche se la qualità è alta. La pizza è nella media generale. Potrebbe invogliare più ospiti a restare a cena, anche se poi devi creare qualcosa, come detto prima, per far vivere la bella struttura anche nelle ore serali. Unica nota dolente, ahimè, dopo il check out delle 11, sei obbligato ad andare via. La maggior parte delle strutture invece, ti consente di restare un'altra mezza giornata in piscina, dove tra l'altro è facile prendere delle consumazioni al bar. Questa cosa va migliorata secondo me. Volevo restare fino alle 14, per godere un'altra ora della Jacuzzi, ma nonostante ho chiesto varie volte, la cosa mi è stata negata e non insistendo, sono andato via. Tornerò sicuramente, perché mi sono trovato veramente bene. Spero che la direzione dell'hotel prenda le mie considerazioni, non come critiche, ma come consigli. Per il resto tutto veramente ottimo

First of all, I’m a student and I come from Belgium with my school to end our childhood. I also think that is useful to say that we are 17 to 19 years old and globally not very tall. I’m currently in the hotel and I can say that the night was difficult cause beds are uncomfortable and the bedroom is small for four people… The bathroom is old but I have hot water ! Maybe it’s the only good point I can give us. About food I don’t know where begging. The first night we had pork and potatoes … Where is my Sicilian food ?! And for the breakfast we didn’t have as food as necessary to feed all the students. We asked for more food and after receiving industrial bread they disappeared… To conclude my experience I’m still waiting the hotel who looks like the pictures on this app… Nothing is real ! The view is also not like they say.

The picture is the picture in the official website. The hotel has only eight rooms in total and the elevator can only accommodate two people. My breakfast is not included, so the breakfast is not clear. There are large closets, desks, chairs, single looking sofas, shelves, bedside tables, refrigerators. No slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste. Other washes have. Someone will clean the room every day.

-Location: the hotel is located in a downtown neighborhood but close to tourist attractions -Service: the biggest issue we encountered was to check in the hotel upon arrival. Since there is no reception at the building, you’re supposed to contact the hotel owner, William, by phone for getting the keys. However, the breakfasts there were lovely with scenic rooftop view and handmade beverages by the caterer -Cleanliness: the room is generally clean but there’s no daily cleaning service and windows need to be opened to dispel odors -Amenities: the best part of the hotel’s amenities was that they got a water dispenser for refilling your water bottles *the staff there only speak Italian
