Great hotel. We stayed on August 19, 2024 to visit Leolandia. The hotel is extremely close to the park and the exit of the motorway. Large garage. Top room, our was all green with a bath bed and a baby bed. All the services and comfort are available. Very silent and bright room. extremely good breakfast. Between Italian and continental staff. Very kind staff. Area of children games covered and equipped. There is also the gym that we did not enjoy. We'll be able to stay here again if we go back to Leolandia.

Siamo stati in questa struttura per una notte, scelta per la vicinanza a Leolandia. Devo dire che il personale è stato molto gentile e l’hotel si presenta bene, con camera tripla ampia. Ma ci sono due però: -la nostra aria condizionata non funzionava quindi prima di uscire per cena (sapevamo che al nostro rientro non ci sarebbe stato Nessuno in reception) ci siamo rivolti alla ragazza che controllando ha notato che effettivamente era spenta dal generale quindi ha riattivato e noi con tutta tranquillità siamo usciti per cena. Al nostro rientro la camera era ancora senza aria condizionata, quindi siamo tornati a cercare qualcuno. Un signore, penso il guardiano di notte, ha provato a farlo partire ma nulla quindi gentilmente ci ha portato un ventilatore per la notte. La mattina abbiamo riferito l’accaduto e ci hanno fatto uno sconto del 20%. -colazione pessima. Non c’era niente, solo una ragazza che doveva sparecchiare i tavoli, portare il buffet, chiedere ai clienti cosa desideravano da bere e portarle ai tavoli. Abbiamo atteso 20 min per mangiare qualcosa e mezz’ora per 2 cappuccini. Troppo poco personale per l’ora della colazione. Mi dispiace perché veramente il posto è bello e accogliente e il personale molto gentile, ma non ci torneremo!

I have visited this hotel a couple of time during the last 5 months and the best description I can give is that is an average hotel with its prons and cons. What I liked: The modern rooms, the cleaning quality, the staff on the restaurant. What was average: The reception staff ( there were some nice workers and some not so nice) and the location (you need a car 100%). What i didnt like: The internet was awful in the 2 rooms I was ( one stay one week, another stay 2 weeks). I was there on a bussiness trip and both times I had to connect to the mobile phone to be able to send emails. The air conditioning was not reliable.

There's not enough good words that can be said about the skills and training of the front desk staff, the breakfast servers, the evening dining room staff, and the housekeeping ladies. I am what is now being referred to as a ”Digital Nomad,” single, solo and senior traveler... and this hotel really fits my needs. Sure it could be €10 cheaper, but the room has an excellent long work countertop, WiFi Internet, large bed for sleep and for organizing travel bags, bathroom with both a tub and a walk-in shower correctly designed for use, and the food service is quite amazing. While you do need to take the taxi to most places, unless you drive, there is a major shopping mall just across the highway, and an unadvertised underground tunnel to get to the other side of the road and to that shopping center! I am not a fancy restaurant person, but the restaurant accommodates me with a very simple selection of food by my request. Both at breakfast and at dinner, the dining room is usually packed with happy diners and eaters. While I sit there with my simple food selection at dinner, I do admire the variety of Italian dishes that are ordered by other diners. Maybe I can't eat the spicy food but it sure looks good! And the other guests are very happy! I have used the Hotel's driver to taxi me to and from a variety of locations: BGY airport, Bergamo train Station, as well as the Covid vaccination center! He can be booked by SMS text and WhatsApp. Extremely easy to communicate with- both digitally and in multiple languages. The hotel is off the beaten track, therefore the taxi rides are going to be 10 additional euro from what might be expected in more urban areas. This is one of my more favorite hotels of any brand. While I rate the location as poor because you need to drive to get almost anywhere, the remoteness of the location is in itself a plus if you are residing here for more than just an overnight, because the landscaping is simple yet comforting, and major parking is underground.

will advise not to visit the town Treviolo as it got nothing to offer. The town turn to zombie land after 5 pm. The town consist of 2 pizza shop one of which called Robi pizza ,1 bar and also 2 other shop. This is not a tourist town The main town Bergamo is 20 minutes y taxi and 1.25 hour by foot. Every time you get taxi it will cost you €34 basically €68 in one day. furthermore taxi meters start at between €14-€15 before you even in taxi which is very strange for any countries never mind taxi. The hotel is very much backdated need serious renovations. Shower was broken water was splashing everywhere and floor was soaked. The hotel don’t provide room service so basically after 9 pm if you are hungry you will be starving as no shop will be open . we are from uk 🇬🇧 will never advise some one to come for a holiday. lesson well learned . Despite the kindness of the two girls who alternate at the reception, the Donizetti is in total squalor. It is no longer the hotel I frequented years ago. A breakfast without art or part. The room without a TV or music. It looks like an abandoned environment. We are not.

I was here for a night stop over on my way to east Italy and I will definitely come back. I've checked in late (9pm) and the receptonist (Davide) welcomed me. This guy is always smiling and is very open for nice talks. He gave me also very good advices for places to visit and where to go for shopping. If I had any question about the hotel or anything else he was totally open to help with 100%. I am very satisfied! Also the staff in the morning at the breakfast was very very kind and helpful. Thanks very much for my perfect stay and see you very soon. Especially thanks to Davide, I'm very looking forward to have some more time with you to talk. Thanks a lot!

Nonostante la camera sia leggermente sotto gli standard di un hotel 4 stelle, reputo ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo e soprattutto reputo impeccabile lo staff. Nella notte, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la camera, ci è stata prontamente sostituita e per scusarsi ci hanno offerto la colazione il giorno dopo. I problemi sul lavoro possono capitare, l’importante è riuscire a gestirli al meglio e lo staff di questa struttura è stato veramente fantastico. Grazie!

Great hotel, clean and very friendly staff. I was with the family because there is a children's entertainment park near them and I have to say we found ourselves very well. The hotel is 15 minutes from Leolandia entertainment park. I strongly recommend it.
