Beautiful hotel. We stayed here as a group of two families with children aged from 5 months to 8 years old. Nothing was too much bother for the staff, from making them what they wanted to eat for dinner to driving us to the beach in golf carts. The room was spacious, everything was exceptionally clean. Great breakfast in particular Sameer’s pancakes and waffles, and Aditi who always greeted us with a smile. This is a fairly small hotel with a relaxed vibe, not many activities. Very nice spa, decent gym. Beach was clean and had a life guard. The only complaint is that they didn’t allow our taxi into the hotel to pick us up when we left.

Knew exactly what to expect, hence our 3rd visit to Sao Domingos. Edwin is spot on! He knows everyone and everything in the area. If you want something he will sort it out. The accommodation is basic but clean and comfortable. Rooms cleaned every day. Clean towels everyday. Good size bathroom. TV. Fridge. Kettle. Balcony. Lovely breakfast included. Restaurant is fabulous-wonderful choice and delicious meals served. Bar is a busy area, great for meeting and making friends. Live entertainment almost every night. Music every night. Pool area has areas of shade great for those very hot days. Pool is cool and clean. Finally, the staff. They are wonderful. Friendly, hardworking. Helpful and considerate. They become more than just staff, they become friends. I will be looking forward to seeing them again. Cavelossim is a lovely place to stay. Superb river cruises. Glorious beaches. So many places nearby to visit. And don’t forget the sunrise 🌅 and sunset - magnificent! Thank you India 🇮🇳 x

This hotel is situated in a perfect location to access restaurants such as the Goan village, Octima and Mike’s places to name a few. Our room had a lovely balcony. Music within the area stops at 23:00 hrs which is necessary due to the location & getting a good night sleep. Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30, we had no complaints. 1: There is a fridge in the room. 2: Ample storage to hang clothes on rails rather than wardrobes. 3: Two bottles of water are provided in the room on arrival. Water is not replenished daily but there is plenty of shops locally to buy water. 4: The room is air conditioned & there is a ceiling fan. 5: There are adequate plugs in the room. 6: There is access to a walk-in shower, however the bathroom is basic but serves the purpose. 7: Rooms are cleaned daily, pillows and towels are very worn but clean. 8: There is access to a safe in the room, a key is provided which you keep for your duration. 9: There is coffee & tea facilities. 10: This is a 3 storey building with no access to a lift. There are a lot of steps which could be a problem if you have mobility issues. 11: The staff were lovely & very accommodating. 12: The hotel accept cash and card. There is a 12% charge if you use a card. In conclusion a great price for a basic clean hotel in a fabulous location.

My partner and I stayed for the last week of our 3 week vacation. TBH this hotel wasn’t for us & this is our personal opinion and our experience. The rooms are really clean, grounds are beautiful and kept up together. Food is good especially the Mama Mia restaurant. Staff friendly & polite. We spent most of our time on the beach, which was just a short walk from our room. The reason why we spent most of our time out was due to the other celebrations going on in the hotel like weddings & conferences. I spent 1 day at the pool with my partner and felt unable & uncomfortable to sit & read my book due to DJ playing the music so loud for these weddings & conferences. I took a video of this but won’t upload because not fair on the other people who was at the pool trying to enjoy their vacation. Our other issues was, evenings for holiday makers lack of entertainment, only a small band in the restaurant during meals. We also found drinks (alcohol and nonalcoholic drinks) a let down as warm & lack variety & if you wanted a premium drink it was very expensive. Also be aware if you are a smoker there is only designated areas where you can smoke.

The resort was good, but lacked some basic amenities, the room didn't had basics like soap, toothpaste which are provided by the hotel, they even charged for the water bottles a fer the first day, and we had asked twice for our room to be cleaned but it wasn't, otherwise resort has a nice location facing a lake and the food was good, overall i would say it's good but is on a quite expensive side.

What a great place to stay. If you are into nature get to say in one of the rive cottages and your are right n the edge of the Sal river. On the far bank is a large fruit bat colony, a pond heron arrives on the pontoon just outside every evening to look for fish, smaller bats and kites fly around in the evening and you can watch fishermen pulling in their fishing nets. such a peaceful quiet view from the balcony I loved it. The *** and wo*** on reception were so friendly and professional as was the *** serving breakfast. The beach was a 10 minute walk away.

Beyond Excellence! We stayed at this property for 4 nights in Feb recently and from the moment we entered the property that is huge to the time we checked out, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent hospitality. Well trained staff, quick room service for anything that you may require, yummiest gourmet food especially at the Fig and Olive restaurant. Since we were celebrating our Anniversary, we had requested for a room upgrade if possible and even though the hotel seemed full, Neysa took special care of our request and arranged to shift us after 2 nights. She also surprised us with an Anniversary cake. The property has its own white sand beach, so well maintained and also provides a complimentary pick and drop to Fisherman's Wharf. Best property to stay in if you are visiting south Goa. Taxis were also easily arranged by the front desk. Beautiful and very clean rooms. We didn't have even one moment of dissatisfaction. Totally recommended. Thankyou Holiday inn for a memorable stay!! Will visit again.

Hotel, staff, facilities...all 6 stars! Yes, it's not 5 stars, it's superior. Copy!!! ***y 5 star hotels should follow this example of operation, organization and service. Fabulous!

Amazing hotel and staff, got everything you need to enjoy the stay, the food was also great and the beach is really good, just 10 mins away! There is also a swimming pool which is very nice to have. Each room has a terrace and it was lovely to stay there at night
