The hotel is in the city centre and is close to everything. The rooms are large, comfortable, modern and very clean. I want to make a special reference to the staff, where everyone is kind and helpful to the highest standards I have met as a visitor in Greece and abroad! They make the stay as pleasant and untroubled as possible in a beautiful city anyway.

A fantastic hotel in the heart of the town. This boutique hotel has been well designed, with all aspects being finished to a high standard and with a modern design, whilst still feeling cosy and luxurious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in 1 of the 2 loft suites. It was comfortable, spacious and relaxing. The breakfast, which for us was €10 pppd extra, was excellent. Coffee, bread and pastries, eggs, yoghurt, fruit, juice, all served to your table inside or outside. I cant recommend this hotel enough. Perfect for a couple or a small family.

Μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό για 2η φορά,βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη περιοχή στο Πέραμα Ιωαννίνων ,μακρυά από τον θόρυβο της πόλης,υπάρχει καλός χώρος για πάρκινγκ.Τα δωμάτια σίγουρα δεν είναι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο,είναι όμως ζεστά τον χειμώνα και δροσερά το καλοκαίρι,η καθαριότητα και η ευρυχωρία είναι κάτι που τα χαρακτηρίζει .Οι υπεύθυνοι του καταλύματος ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί.Οι τιμές θεωρώ πως είναι μια χαρά.Μια μικρή παρατήρηση ίσως η ντουζιέρα με την κλασσική κουρτίνα μπάνιου καλό θα ήταν να αντικατασταθεί από ενα πλαστικό τζάμι.Θα έμενα ξανά.

Great Hotel, across the Lake, only 2km from center, with super & spacious renovated rooms, great breakfast - dinner and very polite/professional service!!! Highly recommended for couples, family and business. We visited for the annual 30k lake run.

This traditional Ioannina hotel has had a successful makeover a few years ago and is a very good choice in the centre of the city, notwithstanding issues of traffic noise; we kept windows closed at night and relied on the efficient aircon for comfort. Our deluxe room (an upgrade) was very comfortable; particular praise for the bed! The shower was excellent plus we had a freestanding bath tub. Breakfast is served in an attractive setting; omelettes are excellent and I particularly appreciated a plate of fresh fruit. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would certainly choose this hotel again if revisiting Ioannina, a lively town in a glorious setting on Lake Pamviotis, surrounded by mountains. I also recommend an excursion to the Perama caves, a short local bus ride away.

My husband and I took a break from our regular Greek trip routine to visit a friend in Ioannina, a beautiful town further north than Athens. There are lots of trees there so many homes have wood elements! We stayed at Kamares Hotel in the middle of town by their lake! It is exceptional. A historic building, it captures the feeling of the ottoman occupation in that the Turks use our Byzantine artistic traditions when designing their buildings. This hotel has genuine antiques including articles of clothing, jewelry and decore relating to that time. The service was genuine and professional. Highly recommend! Please ask for Maria!

GGuest UserA great choice for staying in the centre of the Jannis, from which you can walk around many of the city's interests by foot. Luxury but also warm and affordable at the same time. Exemplary cleaning both in the room and other rooms of the hotel. Great breakfast that is constantly renovated in a very beautiful space. Big beds with a wonderful bed and pillows and very good sound isolation. The last floor has a roof bar restaurant with a wonderful view, but it is slightly below the expectations which generate the quality level of all the other hotel rooms. Surely one of the top choices for staying in the city of Jannis

The hotel is very near the Clock Tower, at the center of Ioanina. As derived from it's location in the heart of the tpwn there is no view. The hotel is compact. The entrance is right from the street, and there are several stairs to the desk, but they have amoving chair to asist people aith walking problems. The room was not very spacious but very nicely organized and decorated. The corridor and public areas are also nicely decorated. You can have breakfast (all the usuall ingredients on a tray) at the room on special stand' or at a public area in the 1st floor. The service was very good - from the nice and helpful clerks to the cleaning and trat in the room. The combination of the above, together with very reasonable price was very suitable to us.

GGuest UserOur check-in was extremely quick, and all staff was very friendly and helpful. Towels were changed every day, and room cleaned everyday. Sadly on the down side however, the problems that arose were the following: -The bathroom had a sliding glass door that was extremely unsuitable, (l broke a nail trying to open it), no privacy at all from the bedroom since it did not close properly. -Shower had no curtain or sliding protection door resulting in all the bathroom flooding with water from the shower, making it impossible to get dressed in there. (l had to request an extra bathmat (towel) to be able to walk out of the shower since the one next to it was soaking) --Extremely low lighting in the whole room, especially the bathroom, making it extremely difficult to shave (husband) and for me to put on my makeup. -Breakfast could have had more choices, and at least there could have been a toaster on hand instead of just plain bread offered....and coffee could at least been hot instead of lukewarm. I understand that it is a minimalist hotel, but at least have the essentials i.e. towel rack, bathroom shelf etc Kudos to the cleaning lady who had to clean everyday the water from the bathroom and keep in shining condition Not the 4 star it is made out to be unfortunately. l had read all the reviews from previous visitors and had hoped that the hotel would have taken in account their reviews, but unfortunately, they had not.
