The lighting in the whole building is very subtle. Nice and relaxing music and atmosphere. Only one hand and bath towel in the bathroom and, although there were more in the bottom of the bed, we were unaware of where to find these until we checked out. I was in the shower before I realised there wasn’t a second towel and it was too late to phone reception. Booking had 2 names for the room so we would have expected adequate towels in the bathroom or visible in the room rather than under the bed.

The reception was friendly and helpful, room was clean, very spacious, comfortable and all the necessities were given. Lovely kettle for a cup of tea in my room. I enjoyed my weekend there very much.

The reception is gone at 11pm. Call in advance and say that I would like to find a supervisor to wait for us, but no one will be there when I arrive at the hotel. It's not that if we book another hotel, we can only sleep on the streets. But, but Ctrip helped me get justice, and a full refund was made. Like Ctrip👍

This is a motel in Glasgow, England. The guest rooms are duplex structures, divided into upper and lower floors. The bathroom is downstairs and the guest rooms are upstairs. Parking is free in the parking lot. Overall it's okay.

Great location by motorway with many amenities like spa , swimming pool for adults and kids also jacuzzi and sauna as well rooms are nice
