Être votre collègue aussi cour que ça est pu l'être à été un réel plaisir. Vous êtes là meilleurs équipe avec la quelle j'ai pu travailler. Et enfin ma directrice Céline.. Vous le savez.. Il n'y a pas assez de mot pour décrire à quel point je vous suit reconnaissante.. Je n'aurait jamais imaginé pouvoir un jours tomber sur une patronne comme vous. Vous avez fait passez mon bien être avant le travail. Vous m'avez soutenu et aider. Vous auriez pu et à de nombreuses me remplacer mais non..vous ne m'avez pas lâcher même quand moi je voulais arrêter.. Vous êtes un ange. Merci, merci infiniment Céline. Where to start, we spent one night there.... Horrible!!!! Room on the ground floor... When we got the keys the staff were outside smoking a cigarette we called no one came... Forced to go outside so that someone would finally come and give us the key/code... In the evening we arrived there were about twenty people outside having a barbecue in the car park so obviously noisy... It was 11:30 p.m. we wanted to take a shower... We took 3 showers and excuse the term but they were ”disgusting” leftover hair sandwich really in 2024 it still happens!!! The horrible toilets really make you wonder if they were done during the day, and the room.... We slept on a mattress pad no sheets or mattress protector, the duvet was black in places, and the pillows frankly horrible!!!! All night long comings and goings in the corridor, doors slamming, people talking as if it were broad daylight, running and slamming doors, even though it was 2am, metallic noises clashing all night long, staff talking to customers without worrying about the peace and quiet of the customers, so you guessed it, no soundproofing, for a peaceful night this is not the place to go!!! So yes the price is very affordable but it was the first and last time we went there, good luck to the next customers really.

Unfortunately, a newly renovated house, which is still very well equipped, which is very attractive and that is also, meets absolutely incapable staff. Maybe they had a long season.... But just the old lady at the reception, who did not speak English or tried to break it, was nice at the first moment, but no one of your statements has proved reliable! On the arrival day we could not book a table for dinner at 17.40 at the same day (we had a 9-hour trip behind us). Later we asked again for the next evening. We then received a pledge for the next evening at 19.45. Unfortunately, we did not get the table in the restaurant next night, because the lady from the reception, which was there on the other hand, was also there on the second night, but, as all the others, she was discharged from the staff, didn't remember anything.... It was a good idea to get us to the team and to the guests (which is probably working per employee and not per guest). Our advantage was that we had already paid at the arrival and could prove that. The situation was not only bad, but also skurril. It was particularly bad that our children made the statement (filial 7Jahre) ”she is happy to come back here”. We had no longer a bit of dinner there. And we looked for something else again. The breakfast on the day of departure was as well as the morning before and it went piece-by-piece everything was empty. Whatever S*****es, cheese, eggs, marmelade.... It was not because there was too little staff there. Also here was looked away, it was only important to clean the tables of guests who went as quickly as possible and thus clean.

We had an unplanned 4 night stay at the hotel following a break in to our camper van (which was parked by the naval barracks in central Toulon). All of our personal belongings were stolen, including our passports; all we had with us was our little dog, his food and feeding bowls and the clothes we were wearing. We arrived very late in the evening to the hotel (without a reservation) and still in complete shock. We were able to securely park our damaged van in the underground car park and made our way to reception. There, we were met by Kevin, who was brilliant and very understanding - he made sure we had everything we needed before we went to bed that night. The next morning, we had a huge amount of admin and logistics to navigate, as our original plan was to travel onwards to Mallorca, and this is when we met Samuel. There were countless times that myself and partner asked Samuel for his help and advice with trying to print documents and assist with communicating on our behalf. Our French isn’t very good and the team’s English is excellent! He went above and beyond to help us. Nothing was a problem despite him and the team being very busy. We met Bernard a few days into our stay and he also demonstrated the same will to help, cheerfulness and professionalism. He was able to find a good vet for us close to the hotel who was able to help with paperwork and worming treatment for our dog so we could return together back to the U.K. We are extremely grateful to Kevin, Samuel and Bernard for their fantastic service and help. It made a huge difference to us following a very stressful experience. Although most of our interactions were with the guys, we could see that the entire team work really well together and are very organised. There is a good rapport between them all. Thank you to everyone. We are so grateful. It’s the best hospitality and kindness we’ve experienced for a long time. Keep being brilliant!
