The hotel is hygienic and has a good environment, with a space near the service desk where guests can eat freely, but the light is slightly dim and uncomfortable. Hotel service politeness is average, for example, in my sprinkler confirmation, it states that the return is at 12 noon, but at 11 am, my room phone rang, a male hotel attendant informed me that I returned the goods at 11 am, and I asked back if it was not returned at 12 noon room, he replied in a very bad tone, our colleagues did not prompt you. I just answered no question, he immediately responded that a waiter would come to the room to clean up later. When I went to the service desk to check out and saw a male young waiter, after I took out the hotel confirmation to show him, he took a picture and said the reaction to the company, nothing else to say, really disappointed me

The hotel is in an excellent location, surrounded by green mountains and green waters. The lake also exudes light smoke, making it feel like you are in a fairyland. Although the room has traces of time, it is clean and has a private couple. Facing such beautiful scenery, lighting the aromatherapy of your choice and listening to soft music, it is indeed a good place to cleanse the soul and escape from the pressure of the city. In addition, the room rate also includes breakfast, dinner, afternoon tea and late-night snacks for two people. You can meet all your daily needs without leaving the hotel. There are Chinese and Western options for dinner, and the taste is also good. Stayed for two nights this time and will come again next time.

Room is spacious and clean. Shower room and toilet are separate. Staff are polite and helpful. We arrived late in the afternoon at 5pm and were recommended to have food at the next building's restaurant, which were special and delicious. Walking distance to train station is about 10 to 13 minutes, which is reasonable. We also tried the sandwiches and coffee breakfast downstairs before departure. We really enjoyed our stay 4 nights there!

Everything is awesome, big rooms, friendly staff and convenient location!! Just that if you are travelling by car / uber / private hire, then not so, as the jams during peak hour are really bad, a 5mins distance might take up to 30 minutes.. but if by public transport, diagonally there is a bus terminal + metro station + train & high speed rail station!! There is also a microwave but is only for use during the restaurant opening hours, about 6am? To about 10pm? Or so.. the pool above is also very clean, but there is no direct lift to it.. there is also a welcome drink (soft drinks) on the first check in, everyday there are 2 bottles of free pet bottle water

The location was very convenient for my business meetings. The big mall closeby had many good restaurants. However, there was some insect in my room, and the A/C in the bar and in the breakfast area was extremely cold, so I was afraid I would get a cold. Service was very good however, we got help in arranging a car and the information about the insect issue was followed up on.

This Hotel is very new, clean and room are super big, is our most comfortable stay for this taipei trip, my family love it. They provide free tea break (freshly brewed coffee and cookies) for hotel guest at 4PM. Due to early flight we didn't try the breakfast. Will come and stay again next trip. Location although a bit far from city center, but right at the hotel downstair is MRT XinLu Line (St Ignatius High School Station) about 30mins to Taipei Station.

A supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard. The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth. The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters. Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

Easiest to get to from Taoyuan Airport. Value for money and a great launchpad to explore rest of Taipei if you are in Taipei for quite a few days. Hotel is relatively new and rooms are spacious compared to properties in the city centre.

There is always a strange sound when sleeping at night, and the TV occasionally makes a strange sound. The toilet paper is gone (there is no feeling of changing it). The sound insulation is not very good. The double bed is two single bed frames with double mattresses. Good health, no bathtub, no toilet, toothbrush is easy to use (the hair is very soft).

Very comfortable. Right next to Nanshi Creek. You can see the stream flowing when you look down. The room is large and the air conditioning can be adjusted at will. Tatami style with back-view bed. The public pool is clean and equipped with a hair dryer. Breakfast can also include porridge and bread. I noted that it was to celebrate the anniversary and I was given a bottle of wine. Thank you. I like it very much. I will come again next time.
