I live in this hotel every time I go on a business trip. The price is not bad and the service is very good The environment is very clean and the parking is convenient. It is very convenient to be away from the city. Next time I will choose this room when I check in. It's great

This is one of my favorite hot spring resorts. It is absolutely amazing not even its service but also for the stunning view while either having a hot spring or sitting on the balcony. Although the price is a little bit high, it is totally worth celebrating with your beloved one. One thing that I suggest that they consider is the breakfast option. If I am able to choose something I like, it will be wonderful. BTW, If you have a chance to travel there, you may experience yourself with your lover. I am sure that you will have a beautiful memory there. 這是個我喜歡的溫泉之一。這裡真的很棒不但有超好的服務更有美麗的風景不管你在泡溫泉還是在陽台都可以享受這美景。雖然價格有點高，但我覺得非常值得和你的另一半一起享受著放鬆舒適的地方。有一點我不喜歡的事，如果他們可以考慮更多早餐的選擇，那一定會更棒。最後，如果你計畫去這旅行，我非常推薦你可以考慮這間飯店。我相信一定會給你一個很美的回憶。

Love the location and services but won't rate for d cleaniness booked 2 room for 5 nights 1 of the room had cockroaches even tho asked for daily cleaning up. Another room is with seeds over the floor almost everyday which really puzzled me why even tho I asked for daily cleaning.... doubt so will be returning to the same hotel again although the location is good surrounding with food and not far from night market. Service staff polite. But cleaniness already failed.

Special thanks to the front desk staff (the young man on duty at 11 p.m.) for helping me, an elderly person, to use my mobile phone to change or cancel my air ticket; 3. . There are some historical and cultural buildings in nearby places, such as Lin Family Garden and Cihui Palace. If pictures, logos, and information can be displayed in the hotel's centerpiece so that guests can take the time to walk around, it can also add to the fun of travel.

Check-in is slow and cannot be checked immediately. Guests have to wait for a long time. However, the environment is clean and the service staff has a good attitude and proactively provides assistance to guests.

The service staff at the front desk were very friendly, but there was an incident around 9 a.m. when a staff member mistakenly entered the room before checking out, which I thought was a bit exaggerated. In addition, some of the room equipment were quite old, especially the sockets that were not very stable.

Great experience the staffs are friendly and they are very informative.I like the pool so much.The photos we take at the pool is so instagrammable.I recommend it to my friends.Hoping to come back again soon.

Great stay here at Hotel Cham Cham. Conveniently located nearby the metro and bus station, easy to navigate. Love the room, it’s spacious and comfy! Would recommend

Took my 8months old son and wife for a staycation, what we really here for is the 32F infinity pool. We booked the hotel for 2nights, The weather for these past three days are all above 24degreeC. However, the pool is freezing cold! We thought the hotel like this will use warm water, instead the opposite. 飯店居然沒提供溫水池，居然是冰水！ 中午來，室外接近30度C 水溫一樣太過低！根本沒人在用泳池，大人都無法承受的溫度 何況是小孩。如果是因為泳池想來訂房 建議等夏天再訂吧。夏天以外的時間入住 根本沒機會能用到泳池，超不推薦！還有 因為帶小孩推嬰兒車 電梯也只有一台能上頂樓， 等電梯時間都非常久。 （自己覺得員工都蠻冷漠的 不太會主動和客人打招呼）

Love the hotel totally. Innovative space design for washroom/bath with the bedroom. The toilet is like the latest technology kind.
