This resort came highly recommended by my friends but in my opinion it was OK; however, the customer service was EXCELLENT! The staff were very professional, courteous, helpful and kind. Room service was fast even on the Family Day long weekend! The restaurant attached to the resort had a tasty and large buffet selection and the waitresses went out of their way to please and to treat everyone in our family! The pools were not as hot as we wanted them to be (it rained on us while in the hot springs so we felt cold despite the heated outdoor pools). The rooms were outdated for a resort and for the price per night. We stayed only 1 night and that was more than enough! The highlight for us was the dinner and the breakfast buffets!

Pleasant stay at an older motel that has been well cared for. Keurig, microwave and mini fridge all new and convenient for our stay. Quiet location within walking distance to multiple restaurants. Unfortunately the public Hot Springs shut down at 3:00 the day we arrived. It was one big reason to visit Harrison Hot Springs. Certainly not under the control of the Spa Motel just bad timing on our part.
Very good 👍🏻
Very clean and tidy, the room is big enough, there is a private parking lot, the location is very good, see the lake, the scenery is good.
There are many restaurants nearby and there are public baths.
The hotel is a bit old, but the towels and sheets in the room are like brand new, very clean, better than expected👍The hotel is next to various restaurants, convenience stores, and public swimming pools. After dinner, you can take a walk by the lake. It's awesome👍and the price is cheap , good value for money👍
Beautiful room and very well decorated and came with a huge jacuzzi (which isn’t our thing really but certainly will appeal to others). The grounds where the cottage is are lovely and there are lots of relaxation areas including a hot tub (again if that’s your thing). Check in was straightforward although there did seem to be far more advance bureaucracy around documents/cars/parking etc than we have experienced in other places. Location - you’ll won’t need to walk more than 5 mins to get anywhere in Harrison. If you are interested in a stay at Harrison Hot Springs then this wouldn’t be a bad choice.

GGuest UserI was booked into the Holiday Inn by my employer. It is outside the city centre which is good. When we looked at a restaurant at the Coast Hotel there were street people in the parking lot and around the immediate vicinity. The Holiday Inn is far enough from the city centre that this is not an issue that may make some people uneasy. The hotel is very new, is very clean, has very comfortable beds, pillows, nice quality bath products and Dove soap and lotion. Very well laid out room with numerous electrical outlets, well lit and comfortable furnishings. Breakfast has a good variety of food. Staff seem happy at their work and are very helpful, especially Rose!
SSHUOOverall not good to come to Vancouver on the first day did not choose to live in the city from the airport to drive from the airport probably takes more than an hour. The hotel is very clean next to the Wal-Mart and the shopping center is very convenient. Although there is no breakfast, the hotel can connect to a restaurant at a very affordable price. 15 knives a lot of people
JJINFENGThe location of the hotel is relatively quiet, and the entire hotel is relatively large, especially with a lot of parking spaces, which is very suitable for self-driving people. The breakfast is relatively rich with hot food, and the front desk service is also very good. If you go early, you can check in early if you have a room. You don't have to wait until after 3 o'clock. I have been on a business trip in Canada for more than a month, and I basically book a hotel of the best western brand, which is cost-effective.
CConnector10674785335Check -in was smooth, friendly & professional! The general manager Ali, was exceptional! Our room was spacious, clean, attractively painted & soundproof! Thankfully, there are monetary repercussions if people choose to be rowdy past 11pm! We were bewildered by the Roku system on the TV! Thankfully, an employee named Georgina came to our rescue twice! She was an absolute God-send! The customer service at this establishment is beyond compare! Can highly recommend this hotel! It is across the street from a fabulous pub!

Stayed only for one night. Almost $300 CAD for the night. The TV is the size of a large computer monitor Air conditioning was very noisy, to the point where you either turn it off and sleep in a sauna or leave it on and sleep with a locomotive in the room. The hotel is next to Hwy 1 so you can hear some of the bigger trucks passing or loud cars/motorcycles. We asked to be re-allocated to the other side of the hotel but our request was denied. I asked for one extra pillow and the receptionist said they ran out of pillows. How can a hotel with around 50 rooms can run out of pillows? The attitude of the front desk person was: “nothing we can do about it “
GGuest UserVery clean and very comfortable bed. If the room has spare blanket for someone to add on. It will be the best. Also, I do not have extraordinary expectation so breakfast is so far acceptable.
GGuest UserThis Hotel is largely un-staffed, we arrived late at night after 36 hours of travelling to find the security entrance code would not work, and no-one would answer the Hotel Emergency out of hours service. We eventually tracked someone down after a stressful 1/2 hour of thinking we would be sleeping on the street. The room itself was dated, varnish worn off the table top etc but functional, and clean... but read on. We stayed 7 nights and despite asking for the room to be refreshed twice, Les the manager never bothered to arrange it, so we spent the whole week with the same towels and bedding, very Lazy!! It has the look of a place inherited by a next generation who don't have the skills or interest their parents had On a positive note we had comfortable sleeps, on a good bed. So if you are looking for a basic budget no frills stay this could be for you

GGuest UserI'm from Bowen Island & came here for Christmas & to see family. Any future reservations for Abbotsford, I will definitely be bringing my business here. They were there to accommodate me, when family came, they were fine with my guests and didn't say anything about it. That was VERY important.
