Everything went very well. Cleaning is good. Only observation, they offer a coffee machine in the apar**ent, the machine is from the TRES brand and the capsules offered were Nespresso... You can't use it.

”Free self-parking is available on site.” This is what is written in the Hotel description, but when I returned from a night out to store my vehicle, they informed me that the parking lot was full and that parking is available, however, subject to availability. I had to leave it on the street. Very slow internet and room phone didn't work. Otherwise everything was normal. Have a nice breakfast.

The location is excellent especially for those who seek closeness to the region of the spark.
The room was standard, everything worked well.
The entrance to the garage is bad: anyone with a seat or a large car will have a little difficulty, and there are few vagues available to park too.
Breakfast very simple and with little variety.
The day-to-day event is very expensive for the little that the hotel delivers. It is worth a lot more to host there for the location as the Uber travel would be very expensive to a hotel more remote in days of shows or football games that are high demand.

O hotel fica localizado em um ótimo bairro, conversei com a gerente e através do celular acessei o link e realizei o cadastro para acessar o hotel. Quarto limpo e arejado. Tem toalhas, copos, taças, geladeira, micro-ondas, cobertor, ar-condicionado, shampoo, sabonete líquido, papel higiênico e secador de cabelo.

Very clean room. Around the room. Have used the room for third and used the sofa as bed. We wanted to go up to the roof terrace where the swimming pool is, but that was unfortunately too and could not look. For parking we counted 50 reals per day. Centrally located. Can be further recommended.

The hotel is very good, excellent coffee, friendly staff, excellent location, excellent cost-benefit. The negative points: very narrow and dangerous garage rampa for larger cars, the rooms have a floor of folder, the air condenser is on the balcony of the room making a high noise, the room TV is installed on the passage offering danger to hit the head, the lifts have that old and heavy door that makes it difficult to pass with bags, the pool has a acrylic screw that when it rains makes a huge noise for those who are near the fourth floor. Just take these details into account, a fair note would be 8 in 10.

The hotel is extremely well located. The service is very good. The problem was the air conditioning of the room. I was not freezing almost anything. We stayed a long time outside the hotel, basically going to sleep in the night ...
I know that it would be difficult to change room or to solve the problem, and I suggest that the hotel should adopt a predictive maintenance scheme in the devices, avoiding such a problem.
In addition, the hotel is very good and I will stay there every time I can!

GGuest UserHotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

DDrumondI went there on Valentine's Day and found that the whole hotel is in order, especially on such anniversaries. Very cost-effective and worth it! The rich and varied breakfast makes the daily price more valuable. The room is also very nice. I just missed a heated swimming pool because the pool area is cool, but it is impossible to get in, it's too cold! For BH hotels, heating will be a big difference.

BBelentonI was welcomed by a great and kind staff. The room was tide and clean. Very comfortable bed which is specially good after a long trip. The breakfast was delicious and we could have sweet or salted tapioca. Cheese bread and different sorts of cakes and breads were also available. I had a great time there with a nice view of the sky.

Room is a bit too ”bare” and dark at night even with all lights on. Also, with almost no amenities and bathroom too basic. Still, comfortable in general.

GGuest UserMax Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

A convenient stay.
I just believe Ibis should reward frequent guests; but they don’t; simply they do not care anymore.

I went with two friends to walk around the city and took the opportunity to visit the hippie market. It is on the street of the hotel. You just have to get off and walk there. It was great!!!! The hotel is in a perfect location.
After checking out, I asked them to store my backpack and those of other friends who were with me at the reception, since we would still be in the city for the whole afternoon and our trip would only be at night. The receptionist promptly helped us and kindly stored our luggage until 10 pm. When we returned, they even made the bathroom in the cafeteria available for us to use, if necessary!
Anyway, I would like to praise the entire staff and the hotel structure, which was truly excellent in every aspect.
In addition to all the comfort and location, the excellent service certainly made all the difference in our stay.
