Outstanding
JJoeheIt feels a bit like a resort in China. The garden room I booked is very comfortable. You can walk out to the pier directly by opening the French window. The hotel breakfast is all white food but it is also very good. I tried the salmon avocado toast of the dry old man. There is a spa, a gym, two restaurants, and a bar. It should be nice to come here for swimming in the summer!
GGuest User5 star resort environment! huge lake surrounded the resort, 3 SPA with warm temperature. Lab pool (also warm temperature) and gym: clean and good privacy.
Our room got bathtub with spa function, thats was awesome. Thankfully a kind Receptionist fixed one AC and change a room for us immediately due to the room facilities malfunction, it was 12pm !!
GGuest UserThis hotel is great. There are a lot of wild animals in the hotel and it is very close to the beach. It is recommended to watch the starry sky here at night. You can see the Milky Way is very beautiful.

GGuest UserIt has been an amazing stay for us this past week. So many things we can do onsite, the indoor pool, the bowling alley, the playground, the indoor kiddie play area and more.
The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is great, close to a lot of beaches.
Kids loved it.
It’s just so perfect. Will definitely go back 😊😊
MM. SoA hotel right next to the Newcastle Airport. A good choice if you have a car and don't want to stay too close to the Newcastle city centre or Port Stephens. Take approximately 15 - 20 mins drive to those areas. Staff are friendly and the rooms are large. Would have been better if there were optional amenities offered in the rooms, like toothbrush and slippers.
JJohngreat little motel close to restaurant and shops, the in house restaurant is great if you don want to walk to town,,,great food....extra parking if needed and grounds are very tidy. the rooms are quite warm at night (winter) so no need for the air con.....the restaurant stopped doing breakfast through winter so youll have to go down town,,,great cafe on the river.
IIsailovicA bit disappointed that Trip.com didn’t give you the option to claim NSW vouchers.
Landmark Resort provide excellent customer service, best I had ever experienced. Sam was amazing on our arrival and very helpful. Floors were sticky from soap residue, she came up within 10 minutes to wipe over tiles with clean water. Later that evening, she came up again to help me with the turning on the stove.
Apartment was immaculate and well designed for a small 1 bedroom. Comfortable and modern. Lots of double PowerPoints to plug in your own devices. Beautiful view off the balcony. Excellent fast wifi. Great pool and games room (air hockey with ability to team up with a partner - 4 players, plus other games).
Negatives:
1. Kitchen - No oven. Could add scissors, wooden spoon and smaller sized pan. Strange to have a huge fry pan to cook for 2 people, and on a small stove top. Also would recommend replacing Tefal type plans as they can become a health hazard when old.
Bathroom - Shower head could do with an upgrade to handheld as the fixed one is small, and only wets just below shoulders, plus splashes everywhere. We made good use of the spa bath. Square toilet seats aren’t comfortable.
Iron is very cheap and old. Dirt was coming out of the holes underneath and water kept spilling out of it.
GGuest UserThe hotel is great. I booked a one-bedroom room with a sea view. The view and facilities in the room were perfect. The kitchen is big enough, with all the pots and pans available. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the nearby woolworth supermarket to buy some food and eat it yourself when you come back. It is very cost-effective. Red wine glasses and champagne glasses are provided. The bathroom is also very large and spacious. In addition, sitting on the balcony in the evening, blowing the sea breeze and drinking some wine, is full of petty bourgeoisie. I will choose this hotel again next time I come. It takes 3-5 minutes to drive to the pier for going out to sea, and the transportation is extremely convenient.
