前台服務員熱情主動，工作很負責。房間各類設施齊全，比較乾淨衞生，毛巾浴巾等都是塑料袋包裝，還有一次性馬桶墊，洗澡熱水出水、快水量大。酒店有免費停車場，停車方便。

這家酒店衞生不錯，前台服務較好。酒店有內部停車場，車位充足。不足的是，淋浴時花灑總是發出巨大異響，讓人感到非常不適。

四樓有免費洗衣房，還是不錯的，住了兩天，不同房間，因為第二天臨時決定住的，第一天，床品還算乾淨，一次性拖鞋沒有塑料保護膜，也還好，房間枱燈，掛衣服區有點灰塵，也可以接受，之所以在外地選擇錦江之星，是因為我在吉林松原住的錦江環境非常好，乾淨衞生，但是我不明白，第二天我住的512房間，為什麼如此，首先我進門，放下書包，就看到軟包沙發的皺褶，這是幹嘛了還是清洗了，坐到床上拿起枕頭，這傢伙，鐵銹還是血？無論啥都不應該出現吧，我感冒實在難受，看的投訴，但是真心不喜歡，洗漱區那水污漬是咋整的，？最噁心的是，軟包椅子那個明顯的污漬是啥，第一，我一個人住，第二，我沒來大姨媽，我不知道打掃衞生的大姐是遺忘了這個512嗎？實名評價，真實有效，以後也酌情考慮入住了

衞生：房間無異味，卧具較新、乾淨。
環境：環境不錯，周邊購物方便。且不吵鬧。
服務：前台及服務員態度都很熱情，帶我們去看房間。並幫我們手機上操作修改訂單，發早餐券。反正我們住宿體驗不錯

酒店性價比超高，房間非常乾淨，配有一次性馬桶墊很貼心，毛巾和一次性紙杯都是塑封的，前台服務態度很好，四樓早餐廳環境很好，周邊交通方便，公交尤其便利，會峯大廈站就在門前馬路對面。每次來滁州都選住在此。

酒店位置挺好的。樓下有超市，吃飯也方便。整體環境整潔，舒適。細節方面做的很好，所有日用品都有一次性包裝，很安心。還備有一次性馬桶墊。早餐，中餐，西餐都有，品種還是挺豐富的。雖然住的是雙人間帶一個孩子，前台還多給了一張餐券。心裏暖暖，性價比超級高。
