Very nice location and just next to cathedral square. Staff is quite friendly and helpful. Would recommend to other people.

Kitchen is very well equipped, however, there is no oven mitts. it is top location, tram stop is a minute walk away.

Very antique, the suite is two-story, the bedrooms are on the mezzanine, and large luggage can only be placed in the living room. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen appliances are also complete. Unfortunately, there is no free parking, and the overnight parking fee is $25.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete, including a washing machine and dryer. I washed a lot of clothes here. There are three beds, two bathrooms, and kitchen supplies for cooking. Hygiene: Very clean, equipped with a lot of bath towels. Although it is an old building, it is very clean. Environment: The surrounding area is very convenient. We stayed at the Hilton for two days and transferred there. Traditional hotels are more suitable for families, but the Hilton is too small. Moreover, we were overcharged for breakfast on the second day after we checked in at the Hilton, and even after we sent an email, there was no reply. Service: The service is very good, there is valet parking service, and the parking fee is NZD 25 per day. It’s just that the front desk of the hotel is hard to find. It’s next to the restaurant on the first floor. I thought it was a restaurant at first. The historical building is protected and the front desk is not allowed to hang a sign. Many guests couldn’t find it. We also found it after going around in a circle or asking the waiter in the restaurant next to it. . Picture 1 is the hotel entrance. There are resident singers on weekend nights. The atmosphere is very good. The only drawback may be that it is far from the starting point of the retro tram. The station is too close, and there will be a bit of noise when vehicles enter and leave the warehouse in the morning and evening.

The old hotel is quite interesting and has a different flavor. It has a small heated swimming pool and a two-story duplex room. The second floor has a big bed and a bathroom.

The building is very distinctive, the government building 100 years ago. The cleaning staff are very nice. facilities are a bit old. The water on the washbasin on the first floor was a little clogged. The kitchen stove is a bit greasy. Although we didn't cook, we still wiped the stove and the nearby walls several times. It also shows that the last guest was too unconscious.
