The room was very clean and tidy, and the room and windows were large, and the facilities were very new. There are many places to eat around, and there are small stalls on the roadside at night, all of which are authentic snacks. The front desk lady was thoughtful and enthusiastic. My flight was delayed and I communicated with the front desk hoping to let me check out later, and they helped coordinate. Overall, it was a great experience!

The hotel is very clean and the service is very enthusiastic. We originally booked a room without breakfast. When the front desk saw that we were with our children, they gave us breakfast coupons for free. Although I know that the breakfast in Vienna is average and cannot be compared with that of a five-star hotel due to work reasons, we did not eat there, but I deserve a thumbs up for this thoughtful service attitude.
