位置真的很方便，離八一好吃街很近，去地鐵也很方便，是老居民樓改造的，環境一般，有蟑螂和小蟲，最不好的就是噪音，房子沒有任何隔音效果，外馬路邊上，不是很累的話估計一晚都睡不着

位置偏僻不好找，就是居民樓改造的，房間很潮濕，衞生不好，廁所燈泡壞了三個，房間很小，建議不要入住。

大家別去這個民宿極其不安全⚠️在網上訂的要小心了地址完全不符！訂好了不能進去看房！要交按金才可以進去看房，要是不入住就不給退按金也不退房費！服務態度非常惡劣！打電話過去了故意説錯2次位置！民宿裏面幾乎沒有什麼人入住，民宿在危樓裏！而且樓下有在放哨，我進到民宿房號就有人打我的電話（並不是民宿老闆的號碼）出門在外命還是重要啊！被坑就當作教訓了！後面我又自己訂了一個酒店！現在想來都害怕！

位置又難找。爬樓梯找了幾次？人還在睡覺就去砰砰敲門。早上去的中午11:00 12:00不到就開始吹，然後熱水也沒有空調也沒用又冷。
