房間空調效果不是很好，一月份入住凍得夠嗆，衞生條件一般般，賓館還做餐飲生意，但是餐飲的性價比實在是非常一般，98元的羊排量非常少，口味也很一般。別的方面還行，房間還可以，前台的服務態度還不錯，賓館位置靠近汽車樞紐站，交通還比較方便。
