要去重慶北站坐車，特意提前打電話問了北站附近是不是衹有這一家温德姆，接電話的小妹聲音挺好聽的，還主動添加了微信給我發了定位，很有禮貌。我預訂的是沒有早餐的，前台辦入住的服務生小哥問了我要不要早餐，本來出發很早特意沒有加早餐，凌晨走的時候小哥特意給我打包了兩份，這個小舉動真的很暖心。從打電話過去到入住再離開，為這家酒店的服務向培培和前台小哥點贊！
