Very unclean and very poor service. The room itself is well-decorated, however seems to have never been cleaned. For around 24 hours after arrival none of the room cards worked and so I had to visit the desk each time I let my room for a member of staff to accompany me and unlick the door. During this period the WiFi was also not working. When asked for help the staff were slow to respond, one member of the front-desk staff in particular did not know where any of the rooms were and played on his phone constantly, even while helping customers. Most concerning was the presence of black mould in the room, which could well be a serious health and safety issue for children. All in all I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, just upstairs on Ninth Street. It is very convenient to go out and play. But the hygiene was so bad. When I checked in, there were cigarette ashes and melon seeds on the carpet, and there were tweezers used by someone else on the corner of the table. It was too troublesome and they didn't let me change the room, so they had me clean it again. I will probably never book this hotel again next time.
