The Location of the hotel was relatively good. Also staff was very friendly and helpful - service was very good. The beds were also comfortable
But the shower could need a deep clean and the afternoon tea was a disappointment

環境衞生衹能説一般吧，第一次遇到免費停車是需要退房後報銷的，重點是退房後一週也沒有給報銷停車費，體驗感確實差 一説退錢服務態度也不好。

酒店描述中贈136元的下午茶，頁面介紹與實際差別很大。現烤華夫餅沒有，咖啡是咖啡機沖的咖啡粉。下午茶是自助的，沒有服務人員。酒店是多家酒店共用的一個樓。

服務質量非常非常差，在房費已繳正常入住的情況下，前台上午八點攔住客人要房費，更可惡的是，準備下午一點半退房，可是12點多一點就用房卡進入不了房間？
