Hotel Ratuszowy

After staying multiple times in this hotel during past years, my recent visit was a pure disappoin**ent. First, i have booked a superiour room with double bed, but was placed in the worst room possible, with a small bed of 70 cm wide where i could barely fit. i arroved at 01 at night after a several thousands km drive, so didnt have any power to find out and move. While booking I kindly asked to make the room warm before my arrival - it was totally ignored. The receptionist pretended not to speak any English. The worst thing was - her trying to charge me twice the rate!!! While the room which i booked (and didnt get) was priced at 219 zlt, she insistantly tried to charge me 390 zlt!!! I find it outrageous! what was she hoping for?that it is middle of the night and i am so tired not to notice or not to bother finding out?? The breakfast was either not good - no good coffee or scrambled eggs possible. extra star is for parking nearby and center location.
