The most responsive and hospitable staff. From parking to check-in/out and random requests, the staff was accommodating and friendly. This was a staycation for us and we will definitely consider Loews again in the future.

This is a very nice hotel that is convenient to Michigan Ave. It is clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. There was only one small issue, and that was with the credits that I was told I'd receive at checkin. They were supposed to be sent via text, but the link never came. I inquired and was sent the $10 Uber credit, but did not get the $10 food/drink credit.

Taylor was super friendly at check in. Our bartender Mario was amazing as well!

No privacy room 421 , we couldn’t enjoy our view, our room was a corner room facing the hotel. We were facing the pool and the lobby. People were on the lobby leering into our room. The people in the pool were also gazing up into our room. I’m not a drinker, so no where to purchase drinks, other than the bar or down by front desk. This property is not worth the price , very disappointed, for that price at least a microwave.
