Comfortable and convenient. Quiet rooms, friendly staff, and great location. Enjoyed a show at the theater next door. Red and blue subway lines close. Great value for Chicago. Would stay again!

Lack of signage to tell you where to go to park the car. Had to leave the car out front. Go up 5 floors to lobby. check in then go back down to car (hoping you don't get towed) and leave hazards on, wait for valet, then give key fob to valet. on return trip, you have to call him and wait 15-20 minutes for your car

We have stayed here before because of quality, location and the fact that it meets the standards of the brand. Very clean and comfortable hotel, the breakfast was once again well set. Only minor issue was the desk agent could have been friendlier.
