If you're seeking a quiet and simple stay in nature, this one's for you. Location is off the beaten track so there's not much to do in the area in terms of activities. This place is suitable for those who primarily plan on staying in and relaxing, definitely not for parties or large groups. The accommodation is pretty new with a quaint feel. The grounds are nice and tidy but there are few spots to hang about as the property is on the side of a hill. They have some birds that you can check out and feed. Reception is only open during the day so if you arrive in the evening you'll only meet grounds workers who didn't say much or provide any information. We stayed in one of the villas which all have a bathtub on the balcony. The room was functional and fairly clean (there were some insects, as one might expect). There's a large fridge so you can stock up to your heart's content. The view was fine, lush greenery and sunrise, but nothing spectacular. The balconies have a mesh curtain off one side which would've been much better if it'd been solid since mesh doesn't really provide any privacy and the villas are quite close to one another. Breakfast is delivered to the room at about 8-ish. You can ask to change some items if you have dietary restrictions. The restaurant opens in the evening and only serves Moo Kra Ta, and there's a bar which was closed during our stay.

The service is good, the lady host she gave me the room early at 11.30 also. The location is a bit far but I could see the beautiful view though my balcony. Breakfast was very nice. One thing you can hear the room next door talked to each other very very easy, and my own balcony not private enough, the guys from next door just sat next me (there is a little separate fence.). However, overall was good for me. The guy sent me to Minivan meeting point also this I didn't expected.😊.Definitely will back to stay there again 🙂😊

Best vacation I have ever had. I was astounded at the lush, beautifully tended foliage, trees, flowers, pools amd how well the buildings just fit into the natural habitat. Slept very well - unusual for me on trips - and enjoyed the tasty food and promt service for everything. My leg was injured before my trip and the staff was generous to cart me wherever I needed to go on the grounds. Most of all, I was extremely impressed with the gracsious attitudes of all the staff. Made me jealous that I have never encountered this level of hospitality anywhere on this globe.

I’ll say right away that without transport it’s difficult to get to the hotel and there’s absolutely nothing to do around it. The hotel itself is very beautiful and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and really tries to help. Me and my girlfriend were only one customers in the entire hotel that day and the administrator upgraded our room to the most expensive one for free. The girl who drives us to the room was really cute. Hotel has buffet - it’s not really fancy ( they have all you need) , but also you can make an order from menu and the breakfast waiters brought us an order incredibly quickly and the service was excellent. In the end, I want to say that the hotel is clearly worth the money, a very beautiful and cozy place. I definitely recommend it

There was so many great things about this resort, great comfy beds, pillows were excellent, villa was so big and lovely, bath was to die for. Villa internally was spotless. On the villa alone would definitely recommend and for that would stay again, so relaxing, quite and private. Loved the free bikes to ride over to the onsite coffee shop, had a lovely light lunch there and a cold beer. Private pool was lovely and picturesque looking out over the rice fields. Location was great only 20 minutes from airport. The only the down side and might be just because still getting staff post covid, and also not very busy time but we went to the restaurant in the evening we had to go looking for staff, they were sitting in a room on their phones, reception was unattended a few times - once we found staff they were wonderful and helpful but didn't expect to have to look for them in a resort of this level.

The breakfast is very good, rich in variety, two people in a room, if you bring children, you need to pay extra. The room is large, spacious and comfortable. The bed is moderate in hardness and comfortable. The superior room I booked was upgraded to a villa for free. Guess that the superior room is in the four-story building by the pool and the villa is next to it. The swimming pool is great, the water is very warm, and it stays open until ten in the evening! The shuttle service is also very convenient, which greatly compensates for the remoteness of the hotel. There are 7-11 near the hotel and there is a morning market on Sundays. There is a parking lot, suitable for living with children. The hotel’s food is also good 👍The hotel’s service staff are very kind and enthusiastic! Very cost-effective!

They are very hospitable and showcasing as the land of smile. From the point of cleanliness, rooms are shiny and bright. The most awesome thing is pet friendly. We are on a six-month trip through Asia. After the Trubel in Bangkok we looked for a few days in a beautiful facility with pool. The very positive reviews have drawn attention to the Papai Country Lodge near Chiang Mai. And, we were not disappointed. The chalets are very tastyly furnished. The facility is located in a minimum 2 hectares large tropical park, everything is very idyllicly constructed and top maintained. The pool has a size that you can swim right trails in it. That was important to us! Morning breakfast is over a river and enjoys the great nature and watches the squirrel and birds. Breakfast is varied, rich and very delicious. The eggs in the morning were served in another variation every day. The coffee in the morning is prepared in a proper espresso machine. We had booked a small chalet. As the last November was little, the owner offered us an upgrade to one of the villas without extra cost. The beds were, for the rest, comfortable for Thailand conditions! The owner probably had read some criticisms from European tourists about the hardness of the beds and immediately reacted. We were asked whether the comfort of the beds is now good. We could confirm that. The hotel has a small restaurant, directly on the river, where we have also had dinner tonight. The restaurant offers Thai, very tasty food at normal prices. The surrounding area is available for great excursions, including with the bike, which you can borrow free of charge. For rest-seekers and rehabilitation needy people who want to turn off a few days, this is exactly the right place! Of the many facilities we have had to know so far, the Papai Country Lodge is the top address if you want to experience beautiful nature with a certain luxury and great honest hospitality. We will certainly come back.
