good location, nice room with bathtub. The staff are nice and friendly. Check in at 2pm, event hough at 13:50 and they have rooms available. They still don't let you in.

A nice hotel with clean rooms and good service, perfect location: in the historical downtown that’s also not far from the airport. I wish the hotel had a gym. Also thicker doors (not to hear people in the corridor) and buffet style of breakfast (so a guest could try different dishes not just choose one) would be highly appreciated. Overall I’m satisfied with my stay 👏

Great location and the room is very clean. Just a little bit noisy at we were staying at 2nd floor, which is same floor with the hotel's bar and restaurant areas. The moment you step into to the hotel area, you really can feel 'Chiang Mai vibes'. Highly recommended:)

Very nice design hotel but poor service . After check in the staff didn’t not say a word or snow us the way to the room . he seems had no patience at all to answer any one of our questions . Such a pity the hotel is beautiful but the service was not quality to how it looks .

The hotel is new and very clean. All fixtures and fittings are new and beautiful.. I guess that is the reason why the hotel is not fully occupied and in many occasions you have the entire pool and kitchen to yourself which is wonderful! The kitchen offers a few options for cooked rice and eggs. The freshly cooked fried rice and fried rice noodles are really delicious.. But the kitchen staff are not very fluent in English so they may misunderstood your orders. You need to repeat your order a few times to make it clear to them..Overall, we enjoyed the quiet and beautiful ambiance and nice breakfast served in this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the ancient city of Chiang Mai. It is quiet in the bustle and very convenient for eating out. The room is clean and the staff is friendly.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days. I wanted a simple decoration for my friend's birthday. The lobby manager AUM tried his best to help. The hotel staff were friendly. The only drawback was that there was a drainage smell from the bathroom in the room. Fortunately, AUM helped get scented candles to solve the problem! There are 7-11 and restaurants nearby the hotel, and you can go to the Sunday night market in 10 minutes.

It was already past 8pm when we took a ride to the hotel on the first day. We didn’t have any small money to give to the driver. Thank you to the front desk staff for helping to pay the fee. The room was also great🤍

The room is clean, and there are snacks and drinks on the first day of stay. The place is not big but everything is comfortable. The front desk is also very helpful and enthusiastic. It is a pleasant hotel.

I booked a deluxe king-bed room (including breakfast) for five nights. I would like to make an objective evaluation: the facilities and hygiene of the room are pretty good, the service staff at the front desk have average attitudes, and the design of the entrance to and from the hotel is rubbish. It is surrounded by gravel and is against the wall. There is an entrance and exit passage less than half a meter wide, and there are several steps. There is no bellman at the door, so it is very inconvenient to pull the suitcase in and out by yourself. Breakfast is very average, with very few options.

A relatively new hotel, many local drivers don't know about it. It's actually next to the Three Kings Monument, and diagonally opposite is the famous Women's Prison Massage. It was very quiet during the Spring Festival. The room was not big but had everything, and it was cleaned very cleanly. Snacks and drinks in the mini bar are free, and bottled water can be drunk as you like. You can add more if it's not enough. Breakfast is ordered, with pictures, but you still need to accompany your parents if you stay with them. The elderly don't speak the language, so communication will be a bit difficult. There is a sunken sofa seat by the swimming pool at the door of the room on the first floor, which is quite unique. I saw foreigners sitting in it with their children to bask in the sun. White people are really not afraid of the sun.

The newly opened hotel in the ancient city is not big, just a house with a small swimming pool facing me. Advantages: The location is relatively good. It is on the edge of the Three Saints Square. The location is relatively central to the ancient city, but it is quite quiet. There is a free minibar. Disadvantages: The hotel facilities are relatively simple, the decoration is rough, and the toiletries used are poor. It is recommended to bring your own. The service is not very enthusiastic, the smile is very forced, and the customer basically doesn't take the initiative to say hello. The privacy is relatively poor, especially on the second floor. The room and the restaurant are at 90 degrees. People sitting in the restaurant can have an unobstructed view of the room on the second floor.

There are also phone cards left by travelers on the floor of the room. Coffee is only provided for one day and is not replenished. The location is perfect and easy to go anywhere. The front desk is not very welcoming, but they try their best to help solve the problem.

2 rooms, one smelly. I asked to change rooms the next day but they were also changed. It's long in the morning, so it's good. It has just been renovated, the customer service attitude is good, but the pace is relatively slow, which should be a Thai characteristic!
