Very close to the Congress center and city, friendly staff.

Great location in Frankenthal. Close to the center, but quiet. Delicious coffee from the machine at reception. Check-in around the clock with prior notice. Next time we'll book a room with 2 single beds. The mattresses were very soft. Otherwise, 100% recommendation.

The first night was a bit noisy as there were a lot of mechanics in the hotel, otherwise the room was very quiet and clean

Amazing, clean, not that much expensive. This will be my hotel whenever I visit in Germany. Greetings to all the staff.

I am a British Citizen and my wife is Ukrainian. We arrived with our 12 year old daughter around 5pm on 7th July at Achat Hotel and my wife went in to ask about availability and price for a family room for the night as we were on our way back to war stricken Ukraine. She was told the price was €110. She asked why?? The advertised price was €69 for the night and the bearded man at reception said this is the price take it or leave it. When my wife explained that at the moment the world is doing their best to help and assist Ukrainians she was once again told that if she does not like the price to go elsewhere. She told him how about if I book it on the site for the advertised price he said if you do that I will cancel the booking!! She left and got back in the car and told me what happened. I then walked back in and asked him why was he so rude to my wife. He said she told him to f**k off. I told him this is not true, but he said if he says so then that's what happened. I know my wife so well and she has never in 24 years swore to anyone or about anything. I believe this should never happen in a civilised country like Germany and if the person in question has problems with foreigners then he really should look in the mirror. We do not need a reply nor expect an apology. If the owners are happy with him then good luck to all.

Front desk staff was quite nice and helpful. Parking garage was a little difficult to find from the outside, but once in (after ringing the bell for admission), it was clear where to park. The price was reasonable and the room was lovely.

A well-located, inexpensive hotel next to the Congress Center. The staff are all friendly and competent. My room was big enough for me alone. Breakfast was also plentiful with a wide selection. One point deducted for the very hard mattresses and the poor quality plastic pillow, which is why I only slept semi-well. The underground car park is definitely a plus point and it is very quiet.

The staff are all very nice. The room is spacious and you don't feel cramped. Overall, our stay was pleasant. We were also able to spontaneously book breakfast for individual days, which we hadn't booked. In our case, however, the cleanliness was not quite up to scratch. We canceled the daily cleaning service, which is a great offer as it isn't necessary for such a short stay. At the weekend, the room was still cleaned once. However, the room wasn't completely clean when we arrived. The bathroom doorknob was full of dust, the glasses that were put out for the bottle of water included in the price still had lipstick marks from the previous visitor, and there was a plucked hair with visible bits of skin hanging in the sink. We simply didn't use the glasses and cleaned the sink ourselves. The room itself and the bathroom were otherwise in decent condition. For its purposes, the price-performance ratio was overall satisfactory. People often ask whether everything is OK and you can voice your criticism directly if there are any problems.

Good hotel, free parking right outside the door if you're lucky. The city center is within walking distance. Nice staff, everything is uncomplicated. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

Very spacious and clean, modern rooms. Courteous and really friendly staff. The breakfast left nothing to be desired, there was something for everyone. Good transport links. Underground parking costs only 10 EUR per night.
