Staff very helpful, room nice and clean, a bit noisy with traffic from the road, but would stay again. Toilet broke, staff changed room immediately, very good service.

Very helpful staff they allways helped - Room is clean and tidy, very warm considering the first snow of December.

Staff are very friendly and professional. Recieved a warm welcome and the staff were proactive. Plenty of parking available. 5minute walk from the train station. Great central location. Hotel is quiet but very dated. Clean and comfortable

Very helpful check in staff, quick and easy. The room was clean and had quite a spacious bathroom. The only downfall was the lack of Sky tv. Would definately use again.

We arrived and there was no sign of our booking on the system.we were given a room in the end, the staff were very helpful and apologetic. After getting our 2 year old daughter to sleep we noticed that our bed had multiple blood stains on the mattress topper. We were unable to tell any staff as we did not want to wake our daughter up. The topper was removed and towels were slept on. The rooms are in dire need of a freshen up but being clean is not difficult and having clean sheets is a basic requirement you should expect at any hotel.

Terrible, run down, all windows facing the main road dont close properly so you hear all the road noise. Old showers in need of complete refurb, white plastic basins and showers trays now off white cream colour. After trying 3 rooms i gave up and got some ear plugs

A well located very comfortable Hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Well laid out lounge next to Reception with a bar and where breakfast was served and also had a snooker table. A nice touch which in the present economic situation, many Hotels would have ceased doing, was the daily chocolate mints

The service staff is very good. The hotel is a bit old. It is close to the center and on the roadside. It is a bit noisy at night. It is very convenient for shopping and eating.

Perfect overnight stop

I was not happy with the cleanliness of the room. There was mould in the shower cubicle and a dead wasp on the window sill.
