전반적으로는 괜찮지만 세심함이 부족한 것 같습니다.
- 직원분들의 친절함, 놀이시설 및 엔터테이먼트 요소는 괜찮은 것 같음
다만, 5.15.(수) 오픈 시간 사람이 미어터지는데 매표소가 5곳 밖에 안되어 1시간 줄서서 들어갔습니다.
그리고 지하2층 주차장 인도 위 크디큰 반사경을 떡 하니 설치해서 가다가 머리 엄청 세게 박았네요 ㅠㅠ 아직도 머리가 아픕니다. 길가던 사람이 부주의해서 박았다고 할 수도 있지만 인도위 떡하니 큰 반사경 설치는 세심함이 부족한 듯 보입니다.

시설은 이스트 타워(신관 같음) / 웨스트 타워(구관 같음) 2개로 나누어져 있는데 하루씩 묵었는데 이스트 건물이 내부 시설이 조금 더 깨끗하고 좋은거 같네요. 숙박 시 리조트 회원보다는 10% 낮은 쿠폰을 주는데 이게 좋습니다.
겨울에는 놀이 시설이 내부/외부로 나누어져 있네요.

•오션파크: 실내 수영장으로 수영장을 내부와 외부로 5분정도 흐르는 코스가 좋습니다. 워터 슬라이드는 120cm 이상(성인이 안고 타는거 안됨)인데 많이들 타지는 않네요. 비치타월이나 입장시 타월도 유료이니 미리 준비하시는게 좋겠네요. 리조트 근처에서 구명조끼를 많이 빌려오시는데 리조트에서 3000원에 빌리는것도 편합니다. 10시 ~ 17시
•히어로즈: 스크린 스포츠로 야구/축구/스키/농구 등 다양함 11시? ~ 23시
•키즈카페: 미취학 아동만 가능하며 40인 최대 인원으로 규모는 크지 않지만 트램펄린이나 정글짐 이런게 있어서 좋아하네요 10시 ~ 23시

•썰매장: 길이가 한 20m 정도 되는거라 올라가고 조금 내려오면 끝이에요... 그리고 회전목마처럼 생긴 것도 있는데 이것도 8명이 튜브에 타고 도는거라... 썰매장은 정말... 10시~17시까지 운영

결론부터 말한다면 조식이 괜찮습니다!
가격도 3만원인가 그런데 숙박하시면 회원종류와 평일/주말에 따라 20%~40% 쿠폰을 주는데 아동은 1.5만원 정도로생각하시고 성인은 3만원에서 할인 받는다고 생각하시면 좋겠네요. 음식은 정말 생각보다 좋습니다. 깔끔하고 재료도 신선한고 종류도 다양한게 웬만한 4성 호텔 조식과 큰 차이도 없네요. 아이들도 시리얼이나 와플/팬케이크 과일 디저트 먹을게 다양해서 괜찮네요. 그리고 층고가 높고 식당이 넓으며 식탁이 커서 식사하기도 편하고 서버들도 친절하시네요.
그리고 숙박하시면서 수건을 추가로 받으시면 장당 500원입니다.
기타 편의점 투썸 BBQ치킨 바베큐식당 등 음식점도 괜찮아요
전반적으로 가격 대비 편하게 놀다 갈 수 있는 리조트 같네요.

이스트동이라서 그런지 아주 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 에어컨에서도 냄새도 안나고 좋았구요.
침대가 매우 편안해서 남편과 아이도 쿨쿨 잘 잤습니다.
다만 와이파이가 잘 안되서 스마트 티비인데 반해 티빙이나 넷플 켜니 버벅거려 그 부분이 아쉽습니다.

2박3일잘놀다왔어요 물놀이가 공사중이라 아쉬웠지만 부대시설 이용하면서 잘놀다왔어요
조식은 괜찮아요 낮에는 단품메뉴로 주문해서 잘먹고 놀다 왔네요
다음에는 물놀이 시즌에 더 재미있게 놀다 와야겠어요
