走到哪裡都有小哥哥小姐姐詢問需不需要幫忙
特別是早餐自助餐那裡
住的親子房設計很合理
我們兩大三小都能住的比較舒服
兩個洗手間還有浴缸
除了沒有小冰箱
衞生有點沒打掃仔細
其他都很好啦
吃的也合廣東口味

一如既往的好，去了兩次郴州都住瑞際，酒店比較新，衞生做得不錯，早餐豐富，就是我住的樓下有迪吧，晚上會有些小年輕，太吵了

市區的酒店，旁邊很熱鬧，服務也挺好的，衞生也不錯。住店當晚還有迎賓水果，還送了小朋友新年髮卡和小點心，缺了拖鞋讓服務枱拿兩雙也很快響應，總體不錯。就是看了別的評價説窗户是在下方是一個小洞，看了一下確實是這樣，對小朋友比較危險，建議可以裝鋼製紗窗，上下開門的那種，這樣也比較安全。

郴州真的是一個令人出乎意料的好地方～第一次來～空氣很好～東西很好吃～酒店的前台主動幫我升級了房間～很驚喜～禮賓服務人員也很好～會幫我們送外面到房間～保潔人員也很奈斯～讓我下次還想要再來

非常差，應該打負分。在攜程定過70個多個城市的房，沒有那麼差的，一點服務都沒有，我們一大家子開車在酒店門口卸行李，人多行李也多，沒有一個人幫忙拿，五星級？連民宿都不如吧，然後去前台辦入住，別説笑容，感覺沒罵我就不錯了，真無語，進房間打電話問個wife密碼吧，這個不耐煩啊，打撥打22問問送洗衣服，態度也很惡劣，洗不了，然後讓客房送兩瓶水吧，客房服務員一臉不願意，地庫的工作人員吧，我們車大，説這個車位不能停，行，不讓停能好好説嘛，跟個**一樣，讓趕緊走，上班時間還抽煙，我真是服了，這個酒店是怎麼做到全員態度惡劣的，沒一個正常能溝通的人。全國最差，沒有之一，嚴重影響對郴州的印象，排雷，排雷，排雷，不要住
