Hotel Park Elanza Chennai

Very good service. The staff were extremely friendly and took very good care of guests. They fullfilled our requests on time and made sure we had a very good stay. Room was decent enough. Facilities were very much good. Location is perfect too. Will definately recommend and stay when visit chennai again surely.

I stayed there for a business trip for 1 night, the experience was average, the service was slow and few of the electric boards were shakey and old, the property is showing age and the maintenance is average. Though this is a good location, and the restaurants have maintained the quality of the ambiance.

we reached the hotel at 10 30 after late night flight was too sleepy. as soon we went to the reception the receptionist was prompt in telling us that check in is at 1 so i requested him for early check in he said pls sit then after 30 mins went back to him requested again he said the whole hotel is booked and nobody has checked out. then i requested again by this time i was hungry though of having al carte at tepin chilli to my surprise they told me restaurant is closed and then i pleaded give me something they said only burgers are there to eat. imagine in chennai thr is no idli or wada or even dosa imagine they don’t care for business at the restaurant. they the owners might knw or not no idea but people who are waiting to check in there is no food. means loss of business. please guys please don’t waste ur time here go to some other hotel where they are humans and don’t make thr guests wait. and the. place is not great its mediocre there are many other better hotels at same cost

Rooms are small, bathroom is very small. Food quality was bad. Overall stay was not good.

No welcoming, No welcome drinks, Looby too hot ac not working. Very upset with the service. I want to give surprise to my friend so i request to the reception before arriving. They're not did anything special. Staff weren't trained right unfortunately. Food was not good, no taste and buffe counter have limited variety of food. Room was spacious but linens are stain and tone, tea kettle full of rust mark, full of mosquitoes inside the room, chair stain, painting required inside the room, ceiling have some seepage and had shower not working properly. Night time we couldn't able sleep properly because of noise coming from downside from lobby someone fighting full noise till night 2:30 and feeling not safe as well. Very very disappointing Stay 😕

Good food, centrally located property, it was a pleasant stay at the property. Mostly all hotels are flexible, but they have issues with flexibility.

Careful guys they loot money if you book cab through them. They don’t have airport shuttle, when we called them and asked they told don’t have airport shuttle and they can book cab(they didn’t mentioned guest need to pay for it. I can book uber which is half the price of what they charged me. After coming to the hotel they told me i need to pay for the cab(wow in a shock i asked its not free? since you told me you book the cab because you don’t have shuttle service) they said no its chargable and they accept only cash. I don’t carry cash because flying from abroad, after some discussion i told i can pay with card(front desk person told they need cash or gpay, i don’t have either. Here i suspect they don’t report these expenses and charged me more to their pockets. He asked me to get from atm tomorrow, i don’t have time to do that so i only accepted to pay with card with receipt. The guy at the front desk don’t like that answer and told me that he will pay from his pocket to the cab( why you have to pay if you’re charging me genuinely and why don’t you accept card for that transaction. I can mention his name here but my intention is not to expose him but this is not the right way you treat your guests. Better you (front desk person) learn something from the reviews people are mentioning. Rooms are ok, i don’t feel like they are value for the money you’re paying. At a glance i see blankets are dirty and hair on pillow, they have changed it after i have noticed. I feel like the rooms are little old, little dirt hear and there. The white couches in suit room are very dirty, water from the shower area are coming out through the glass doors to the jacuzzi area. Commode is not cleaned properly. Breakfast is good with lot of options.

We found this hotel in mmt my experience was good in this hotel hotel services was great. We enjoyed.

Good service near usa vac and best room service and nice receiving. Room are clean and ac also good.
