Everything is good, except that the street side is a little noisy, but the side near the community is very quiet. The thin and tall short-haired girl at the front desk provided good service. The room is clean and tidy. I chose a zero-stress king-size room. The room is close to the community, very quiet, and the service is also very good. There are toothbrushes and slippers for children, which is very considerate. The lighting layout is reasonable without a main light in the room, which can be adjusted according to the usage scenario. The breakfast is also very rich. It is close to the subway entrance and the transportation is very convenient. It takes two minutes to walk to the bell tower, five minutes to the South Street Xi'an, Chang'an Internet celebrity photo spot, and three electric poles restaurant, ten minutes to take photos at Zhongda International Internet celebrity street, and fifteen minutes to the city wall.

After traveling for so many years, this is the first time I live in such a terrible hotel! This is the first time in my life that I write a bad review for a hotel! The air conditioner is not good at cooling. I set the cold air to 5 degrees and covered the hotel's quilt, but it was still hot. On the first night, I couldn't sleep with the quilt covered. I tossed and turned until four in the morning. I turned off the air conditioner and covered the quilt, but it was still hot and sweaty. I woke up several times because of the heat after sleeping. It was cold without the quilt. On the second night, I asked the front desk if there was a thinner quilt. The front desk said there was no thin quilt, so I asked to send a sheet up. It was not delivered for half an hour. I was in a hurry to go out and called again to urge them to send it up. At night, I covered myself with a sheet and a thin windbreaker of my own and slept for a while. When I washed my hair on the third night, I had shampoo on my head and the water was cut off! I took off my clothes and it was my period. Do you know how upset I was in the bathroom with a head full of foam? ! ! The hotel didn't have any emergency plan. They just said to send two more towels. I was full of foam and just wanted water to rinse it off! What's the use of towels? ! Finally, my companion asked the front desk to bring a bucket of water, and then ordered a takeaway to deliver a bucket and towels. The bucket of water was very heavy, and the two girls poured the water into the kettle to heat it up and then poured it into the bucket to wash. They tossed for several hours in the middle of the night and had to get up early to go to the attractions. They were really fed up! They were sleep deprived for several days in a row! If we didn't want to be so troublesome, we should have checked out and changed hotels on the first night!

The hotel is only a five-minute walk from the Bell Tower subway. It is quiet in the bustle. The double-glazed glass does not affect your sleep. The fragrant smell of tea can be felt as soon as you enter the hotel. The service is very good. Due to changes in plans, we temporarily stayed in different room types on different platforms. The front desk helped to upgrade the room type for free and merged it into one room, saving us the trouble of changing rooms. Finally, they helped with late check-out. The self-stay breakfast was rich and delicious. I was very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Xi'an.
