This hotel location is good but a couple hundred meters from the centre district. However, it is much better price than those hotels in the centre district. You can take a walk or 10 dollars tips. Close to Tin Fu Square, Just opposite, it is a famous temple and walking streets with many restaurant and artistic stores.
