Weilan Hotel (Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley Shop)

Good location, just located above a shopping mall with plenty of eateries.

The hotel ambiance is incredibly cozy and relaxing, with a pristine cleanliness and delightful scent throughout. Complimentary amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and moisturizer enhance the experience, and the captivating fragrance adds to the charm. Relaxing in the room is a joy, especially knowing that a underneath it is a shopping mall and there are a lot of food nearby. Conveniently, there are direct buses to the city, and arranging a "Didi" (similar to a taxi) is hassle-free. The hotel staff are exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The washing machine and dryer are free to use and detergent is provided. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return if I have the opportunity to visit Chengdu again.

the room is nice and sane as what the picture show. The only thing disappointed mine is the hotspring pool is not all functioning well.

Room is clean. Staffs are very welcoming. Front desk is available 24/7. The room top court yard offers an excellent place to chill with the complimentary tea and alcohol.

Staff is friendly and polite! They asked you to add their WeChat anything you can just request through WeChat. The room is very nice and clean, amenities is enough, there’s moisturiser too! The common space is very pretty too!

Hotel services are excellent. Staff are attentive and helpful, they have even provided services like doing laundry for the guests. Hot Spring in the hotel is good but only 2 pools are available now. In addition, bathrobe is not provided. The towels provided in the room is not good(dusty). Projector in the room is fantastic. Hotel is clean but the air quality is not good, it might be due to winter season. Air purifier should be provided will be excellent. Overall is a good experience for our family for the double storey of the hotel room.

When we arrived the hotel is about 5pm but the hotel staff informed me my room is not ready yet & the cleaner is cleaning the room now….😩 I ask them what time can I check in? They said you can left your luggage here & go for nearby to shop or waiting here. We decided go for shop & dinner then come back. When we return to hotel is 10:30pm & I ask the staff can I go for the hot spring? They told me the hot spring is only available for 6pm - 10pm. I m very upset for this ☹️ The reason why I reserved for this hotel is because I know after the shopping I need the hot spring to relax my body…if I can’t enjoy the hot spring why I need to paid for this price for this hotel? The hotel morning breakfast is disappointed me…they provided us some porridge,some plain bun,small dishes of vegetable,hard boiled egg, 1 pcs of banana & 1 pack of yogurt. During check out because we need a car to ChunXi road for shelter bus to TianFu air port & I require them to call me a car. The staff replied me said I can use my app to order a car. I m a foreigner & I don’t have China phone number to register for the DiDi. If I can then I will not ask for help. End up they told me to walk to outside main road & wait for the taxi. Come on you are in a hotel industry & you are doing the servicing job. You should do your best to helping your client. I have no choice to bring my 2 large luggage,my wife & my kid to carrying the backpack & shopping bags to walk to the main road & waiting there. It took me about 15 minutes to get a taxi. Honestly I will not reserve for this hotel in the future anymore. Last few days when we just touch down to Chengdu I was stayed in another hot spring hotel which just nearby to this hotel. Their hot spring is open from 4pm until 2am…this is awesome! Their hotel breakfast is buffet style & their food is fantastic! The chargers is almost the same.

Very good services, and recommendate to family with kids. A bit far from MRT but can take others public transports.
