步青雲酒店的服務值得贊，提前打電話聯繫我是否需要無煙房，帶沒帶小朋友。入住當天辦理手續有專人引導，工作人員都很熱情，主動加了我微信，告訴我24小時都有人，讓我有事招呼。本來挺不好意思麻煩別人的，這下直接打消顧慮。酒店整體都挺好，秒殺同檔次其他酒店，值得再次入住。

很喜歡步青雲酒店的管家服務，還沒有入住就給我們打電話問我們什麼時間到和需求、由於是家庭出遊，沒有訂到親子房，訂了1間標間，三個人入住沒問題，標間，小朋友1.2米一下還免了早餐，大廳很是高大上，是海特集團旗下的酒店，有飛機模型，孩子很喜歡，中午有自助餐也不貴，但是人很多，我們選擇點餐送到房間，很方便價格親民不會像五星級酒店那麼貴，設施齊全；洗衣是送洗、乾洗，早上給前台第二天晚上就送回來了[強]還有就是這邊非常適合自駕，充電停車很方便，地鐵的話需要步行7分鐘這樣，總之非常推薦，性價比很高，已經給同事推薦了[強][強]
