因為疫情之前去成都的行程改變。這次心心念唸的大熊貓看到了🤟🤟🤟太可愛了吧。酒店離熊貓基地很近，交通也很方便。性價比相對比較高。服務也很到位。 Nice.👏👏👏👏👏

酒店性價比高，環境不錯，燈有點暗，廁所有點小，不過熱水很舒服，保潔阿姨打掃也很及時，就是最近這天氣感覺被子太厚了

總體來説體驗感較差，主要是環境衞生確實不過關，其實前台和餐廳還可以，但是房間裏面的衞生就一言難盡了，首先是衞生間非常小，根本錯不開人，而且洗澡的地方還不漏水，形成積水，浴室沒有放沐浴露和洗髮露的地方，洗手池上邊角上積累了很臟的東西，浴室天花板還漏水，反正就是極差的一次體驗，還是希望酒店改進一下吧，特別衞生這一塊

衞生間總會有味道，他自己要收拾屋子還要收費，熱水也是不固定，偶爾有偶爾沒有，衞生間給人一種不舒服的感覺，還會有小卡片從門縫塞進來，

很差的一次體驗 我是凌晨到的酒店 給我安排了一個走廊盡頭的房間並且盡頭的陽台沒有防護欄（是高樓層（但對面盡頭有 ） 住進去後看見房間衞生條件相當差 放東西的地方也很少 洗個澡水也忽冷忽熱一直不穩定 非常詭異 時而聽到怪聲音 房間掛着幾張很扭曲滲人的畫 就更讓人不舒適 牆皮也脱了很多 心理毛毛的 實在住不下去 我就馬上去前台退房 服務員和保安直接和我吵了一架 保安態度非常惡劣 惡語相向 還想打我 我一個女生真的是被嚇得不輕 本想爭吵幾句就算了 保安陰陽怪氣催促我去投訴他們 試問大半夜我去哪裡投訴 我退個房多大個事情 非要讓我去投訴 是生怕事情鬧不大嗎？哪有這種服務態度 巴不得我不投訴他嗎 這種保安老闆用着幹什麼啊？真的這輩子從來沒住過這種酒店 我懷疑這個房間不乾淨 我問服務員這個房間是否出過事 服務員也很含糊的回答我 我就更懷疑有問題 最後被保安大罵出去 嚇着哭了一晚上 這麼會有這種事情 在攜程上訂過這麼多酒店 第一次住到這麼倒黴的酒店 真的是一輩子的心理陰影 後悔走得匆忙沒拍幾張房間的照片發出來 大家住酒店真的要謹慎選擇 避雷這家酒店啊

這家酒店整體不錯，包括房間/位置/停車等。唯一不足的是免費早餐服務。第一天人少，不提供自助服務，轉為提供抄手/餃子/小麪。第二天自助服務提供了，最有營養的是蛋炒飯和水煮蛋，炒菜就蔬菜都沒有肉的。有饅頭鹹菜花生米，肉包也沒有。總之，早餐感覺太簡樸了點。

總體較滿意，入住當晚時的前台服務員態度較差，可能是雙節期間不愁客源的原因，問她在什麼地方停車？回答我進小區停地下車庫，再問小區在哪？回答出門二十米（第一次來，誰知道是哪個小區？），態度相當不耐煩，其他還好，房間較乾淨衞生，通風空氣好，早上包早餐。第二天早上退房時的前台態度又相當和藹，值得表揚！
